毎年、春の選抜とキッザニア甲子園に来てます。昨年同様スタッフの方も大変親切にして頂き有り難うござあます。子供が障害者なので毎年駐車場の確保をして頂き助かってます。特にお風呂が広いので子供達を洗いやすく喜んでます。野球の応援、キッザニアの疲れた体をいやしてくれます。また来年の春も宜しくお願い致します。
良くなかった点ではありませんが他のホテル等で何回か利用するとさらに割引サービスがあると、リピートしたくなると思います。ご検討宜しくお願い致します。

Great location, very close to Koshien ball park.
The bathroom was not clean, an opened conditioner package and some hair were left when we got there.
Also, it is very difficult to communicate with staff. They don’t pick up the phone most of the day.

The room was larger than expected. And service with a smile always.

Spectaclular delux room, lots of space, just simply wonderful for a large family. Kind staff, breakfast always served in room. so relaxing!

Breakfast at home and very nice bathroom.
The frigobar items were not good.

The hotel was originally a "love hotel". So the rooms are big and has deep/large bathtubs. The rooms are a bit Spartan. Large bed and sofa and coffee table. Marble floors. Refrigerator. Value for money is great. Better value than staying at Japanese "business hotel".
You can't expect much service from the hotel staff or in room dining. Breakfast is served and Japanese breakfast is better than the western breakfast from what I can tell.
