They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there

Poor ambience. Too late for break fast starting time.

Check out time to be reduced. The Credit Card machine was not working. Now contactless payment possible and you do not have the latest equipment. On the first day the lift was working properly.

Staffs were friendly and cooperative, Superb rooms and food is ok washrooms were clean & neat and free from bad odor had a calm stay

Ok place to stay... The room was spacious but does not accommodate 4 persons... Room cleanliness is not sso great, hot water for bath not available, restuarant is not functioning..

There was nothing to like about the hotel or stay.

1. Room was not clean per the pictures. 2. Too many mosquitos for which I had to ask for 2 good night machines. 3. No extra toiletries except the fixed hand wash and the pathetic shower gel which smelt like gutter water. 4. Location is bad as you don't get anything nearby like. Restaurants or grocery store 5. Breakfast was bad with only 3 items in option. 6. Kitchen was closed since last 2 days and people like us who booked recently were not notified. I have a 1.5 yr old baby and could not order anything like milk or Khichdi from the kitchen. 7. Customer care is pathetic as I had to call 6-7 times just to request for partial cancellation of 3 day booking as I was not comfortable staying with my small baby there.
