private & A good time for relaxation

it was adequate for my needs and i liked the location

needs to state that it is up a very steep hill, there was no balcony furniture for over half of my stay and no spare bedding. No cleaning materials available meaning you have to pay for a clean but be in or buy materials yourself.

Bed was very loud. Problem with air condition, water was dripping from it on table which caused a lot of discomfort. Doors to balcony was working hard. You needed a use a lot of force to open them.

Beautiful rooftop pool and views. Pool was quiet and private. Absolutely incredible for the price. Nice clean apartment with all facilities you could need.

Apartment is up a very steep hill, there are stairs to the side so it isn’t impossible but definitely something to bare in mind.

The view from balcony was amazing. Rooftop pool with a greate view of Patong was awesome. Clean apartment, no smell of dampness I recommend to stay there.

The hill :) When you stay there, you will understand.

The walk to property very steep road

I like the location. If you have a scooter it's probably not much more than a 5 min ride to Bangla Road and even much less to Patong Beach. I certainly recommend to organize for a transport of your own like a scooter; I wouldn't want to do this uphill walk every day (and also a bit too for walking to the Bangla area). Save for the prayers emitted by the nearby mosque via loadspeaker several times every day it is a quiet place. The building is located on a steep road up (maybe 150-200m) and has sufficient parking facilities for cars and scooters. The rooftop pool on the "Unity"-sister building is cook, with an impressive view on Parong and the sea. Furniture has come into the years but was usable.

The WiFi didn't work which is potentially a problem. However, since I bought myself a 30 day data flat rate SIM-card from AIS for 350 THB that was not an issue. The daily "noise" emitted from the Mosque can be a bit of a pain, not so much with regards to the noise level but more because of the time of the day. Cleaning the apartment and change of towels/linen is not included and must be ordered and paid separately (total: 600 THB).

I had some issues with aircon noise and got a free upgrade the very next day; pleasant stay, great location and a very kind host

Nice Studio with plenty of space with anything that you can ask for. Our host was great, good communication. The rooftop pool is very comfortable.

We had a few issues. The wifi provided is just for one device, so keep that in mind. We encountered a leaking airco, a toilet that didn't flush anymore. The issues were solved accordingly, but you'd rather avoid them in the first place. Keep in mind that when you book this place you are on a very, very, very steep hill.

New apartment , nice view, beautiful pool, camera and security

Bed was not confortable, up on the hills difficult to walk you have to have a motorbike or a car.
