部屋は綺麗。

１）アメニティーの管理不十分 （アメニティーについて後日フォローアップもあったが宿泊者に何を伝えたいかわからなかった。） ２）チェックアウト時の待ち時間がおおよそ１５分。（午前８時３０分頃） 上記の点から宿泊代金に見合っていないと感じている。

We really loved the stylish vibe of the hotel, with its dark color decor it felt modern and interesting. The lobby area was a treat with a great panoramic view over Osaka, which we couldn’t get enough of. Being in the Umeda district was a big plus, with lots to see and do around. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other places we’ve stayed in Japan. And the view from our room was a cherry on top, looking right over the bustling Osaka Station. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to Conrad Osaka on our next visit.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience. This also extended to activities outside the hotel as well as the services and facilities inside the hotel. We all felt very looked after and had one of the best hotel experiences at the Conrad.

The view was spectacular and the staff was very accommodating. There was an excellent fitness gym and spa.

Great hotel, location is superb, excellent service, outstanding staff. Views of Osaka’s skyline from room and from lobby are breathtaking.

Minor things: bathroom supplies were not provided properly (eg some bottles were empty upon arrival), waiting time for breakfast was long , and a bulb at room was not working

The design of everything is simple but chic. I like the team everybody is exceptionally professional and nice. The view is spectacular. The breakfast is superb. We all look forward to coming back on 23rd July.

The gym room could be more spacious

The staff were lovely, gym was good, views are stunning.

The room service menu was terrible. I ordered a Yaki Soba with egg and it tasted dry, no soy, no chopstix, I had to call twice to follow up. The mini bar felt cheap and unhealthy - pringles and wine,

Excellent hotel, beautiful design, rooms are spacious, clean and very big with a lot of amenities and modern decor.

Great premises, good staff, nice restaurants inside and the pool is very nice. Everything is clean and at the level of what you would expect for a luxury hotel

Lobby is 40th and the room at lower levels, so you need to take one elevator to the lobby then to the room, it is the only point I don't like.

Outstanding from start to finish. Beautifully appointed rooms with some of the best views in Osaka, friendly staff and an incredible location.

Buffet lunch was a bit pricey, but good.

very strategic location . not too busy and not too touristy. staffs are really accomodating

the housekeeping are forgetful about the amenities . also, we requested balloons for our sons birthday and the decoration is not all out for the fee

just wish we could have filter coffee or bags and English breakfast tea WITH MILK IN THE FRIDGE also don’t like to see the girls dealing with picking up suitcases. it’s wrong men are better suited to this job … seems to be happening in a lot of hotels it’s just not good
