Familjärt, vänskap, omtänksamhet, service

Mahali, vårat andra hem. Var här förra året också och kom tillbaka för en längre vistelse, aldrig känt oss så hemma som på detta hotell, vi älskar allt med Mahali, personalen, frukosten, läget som är det bästa på hela stranden. Poolen, rummen med toppen läge, ett stenkast från stranden. Även menyn på Mahali Beach bar, Tusen tack till all fantastisk personal som fick våran vistelse att kännas så speciell och fantastisk, evigt tacksam. Vi ses snart igen.

Toller Aufenthalt bei perfekter Lage

Die Lage in Paje direkt am Strand ist perfekt. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten mitten im Geschehen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker.

Im Verhältnis zu dem angebotenen Preis ist die Anlage, z.B das Badezimmer, etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Absolutely love Mahali!

Absolutely loved my stay here! Facilities were amazing - massive pool and lots of deck chairs around the pool or at the private beach. Staff were so friendly and remembered my name whenever they saw me - it’s the little things! Rooms were amazing and spacious. Loved my balcony for morning chill time. Great central location. This resort is a great respite from people trying to sell you things on the beach or constantly trying to talk to you when you’re tanning (as a solo female traveller, this can get so tiresome.) definitely worth the splurge to stay here and feel so relaxed and soak up the sun. My flight was quite late at night and they let me store my belongings, use the resort and shower before it was time to go also :)

Shower head water pressure was a little weak, and bed more hard than to my liking. But these are so minor.

the view of all rooms is amazing. breakfast is super delicious. staff is very kind. the beach is nice. i think you can’t miss with booking this hotel ;)

at night there were couple electric outlets, but didn’t really bother us. it was only at night.

Great Place to Stay!

From the first moment that we arrived, Mahali family made us feel like a home! They took care of all what we need and we had an amazing New Year Celebration there. Very friendly personnel and amazing owners! Very clean and delicious food. Location of hotel was right in front of the beach that you can do kite surfing and swim - feels like a heaven on the earth! Thank you a lot for your hospitality, looking forward to visit again in future! Karibu.

Perfectly located, friendly staff, with a fun beach bar. Rooms and bathrooms could use an update.

Perfect location with very friendly staff. Beach bar has a fun vibe with the best prices on the beach. Plenty of seating at rhe pool and facing the beach. Easy communication ahead of time. Hot breakfast cooked to order (not a buffet) so that's a fun change.

Our AC was broken for 2 nights which made for a couple of hot, stuffy sleeps. The hot water only lasts a few minutes so don't count on taking a hot shower. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the people selling goods and services on the beach can be a bit relentless and can put you in a mood having the fend them off constantly.

The staff were really nice, kind and helpful. All of our activities were booked through the hotel which made our trip easier. Their taxi operators have nice smelling taxis and always available for the guests. Ordering meals were easy too and can be served anywhere in the property. I love their efforts to reduce plastic waste by providing reusable water bottles to the guests and they could refill them. They also provide some snacks at the reception like peanuts.

There were only two pillows which were not comfortable. The bed is not that comfy too. The blanket is akin to a hospital blanket. The breakfast although we didn’t get to try, my friends who arrived earlier and are staying longer didn’t like the breakfast very much. We went to a nearby restaurant instead to get our breakfasts.

Value for money, more than decent and excellent staff.

I really loved the location of the hotel that was right by the beachfront. The staff were AMAZING on arrival, offering us refreshing juice after the 1 hour drive with a smile. They guided us around the facilities and our room, showing us how all the basics work such as air conditioning, geysers, mosquito nets. The beach bar was fantastic, with aperol spritz' tasting yummy. We enjoyed the breakfast options served every morning, which had a little surprise on each plate. The lounge area situated in reception had games tables and a coffee station.

The WIFI connection inside the room was very poor, with it being worse in the evenings. However the WIFI connection improved somewhat in the outside pool and beach areas (which was quite ironic). The bathrooms could have been better designed considering rooms were for more than two persons sharing, so the washroom/shower and basins could have been more ergonomic (double).

everything! Staff couldn’t do enough..perfectly located near the village and supermarket, amazing restaurants nearby, the pool is perfect and the beach infront of the hotel is paradise! we are a family of 4 (kids 3 and 5) and is perfect for families..we will be back for sure 🤍

The location and the pool area are amazing! But the best part was that the hotel gave us a free room to keep all day (our flight was at 23.00)! Great hospitality and very helpful staff, especially Simon!!! Thank you!

Great stay in Paje on the beach

We loved the pool, the lounge beds that overlooked the beach, the friendly staff, the self-serve water station, and the location in Paje. We had a family room with bunk beds, and we liked being in the same room. Being able to charge food and drink to our room was convenient. It is in a great location, close to great food and shops.

Our bathroom smelled of mildew, and the food overall was ok. I had a Pina colada that was disappointing, but the bar is a nice place to hang out.

Beautiful location at the beach with nice pool and rooms. Don't pay the additional credit card fee.

Clean and big pool. beautiful sea view, good room with nice shower. Very close to 24h supermarket. Cozy beach restaurant. Very helpful barkeeper at the beach bar. Nice breakfast terrace.

They tried to charge us additional credit card fee which is not compliant with Booking guidelines. It seemed they try to do that with all guests, make sure not to pay the credit card fee. They insisted, only after I sent them the Booking guidelines they stoped. You should not cheat on your guests for a few dollars.
