The apartment is located in a very nice & popular area. It's just steps away from a big mall, grocery/convenient stores, good restaurants, & beautiful parks. It's also just a short drive to the popular district 1 & 3 which are main tourist zones. The view of the apartment is amazing. You have beautiful views of Saigon river & the town from both bedrooms & the living room. I love to wake up & fall asleep looking at the spectacular views. It's the best feature of this home. The home is kept well clean & has nice decorations to make you feel like home. Nice pool to enjoy when it's hot too. The host is extremely nice & will show you around when checking you in. She's always available when you text her for questions or requests. We will definitely stay here again when visiting.

It'd be better if the kitchen is equipped with more cups, dinnerware, & cookware. There are ants in the kitchen but it's normal in the area. Just make sure you don't leave food out on the counters:)

A little mismanagement to access the pool. I will suggest to put a wall clock in the room. The host was good and helped in accessing the pool.

Apartment is located in new district in the city and it is located on 44th floor! Incredible view :)

We had not-nice conversations with the person who taking care of the stay, many misunderstandings, and an argue. We rented a flat for 5 people (4 adults and 1kid), there were 2 rooms with 2 beds and one coach in the living room, but we received only bed sheets for 4 people, which means that we have to sleep 3 people in one bed! Even though we asked for giving us bed sheet for the fifth one we haven't received it. Thus our stay was uncomfortable. The flat is very new but not clean enough. There was trash under the sink in the kitchen and in the bathroom. We've reported it but only half of the trash was cleaned. In the offer is written that you can use two swimming pools, but that isn't the correct info. There is only one swimming pool which you can use only when you stay more than 3 days. 

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. Everything is perfect.

A very comfy place to relax and have some peace

A perfect place, spacious and clean apartment. A lot of coffee shops and restaurants. Easy to take city center. The host is friendly and responsive. Recommend for other guests
