Great location. Spacious. Perfect for family of 5.

The stairs were tiring, but knowing ahead of time that they were there was helpful. Definitely not the place for you if you can’t fathom walking up and down many flights of stairs every day. Overall, not a big deal, just something to be aware of.

The apartment is beautiful. More than you can tell by looking at the pictures. The building is beautiful and the furniture and everything is very well chosen. The location is great. We really loved the apartment. We were there with my family, and we would definitely choose the same apartment if we came back.

The stairs were a lot, we were on the 4th floor. And after walking through Lisbon all day, it was tiring to walk up the stairs.

Fabulous location - close to many restaurants , local sights, easy to get around Apartment - clean, had everything we needed, there were 4 of us and we all had our own bed Manager - Estela was very accessible to us, answered questions quickly, professional and friendly, even arranged taxis for us when we left. Wecouldnt have asked for more! Thanks for our great stay, Estela!

It was all good.

Location was excellent, just 4 blocks from Elevator tourist site. Easy walking around area, just a few blocks from tram 28 stop. Spacious apartment and 2 bathrooms was great.

The elevator is great so you don't have to carry bags to the 3rd floor, but it is super slowwwww. You do have to up about 18 steps to get to the elevator, just FYI.

excellent location

This was a lovely room separate to but within hotel, on the beach front promenade. The main concierge very hospitable and helpful from the moment we stepped into the lobby. It was not possible to extend our visit because the place was fully booked for the rest of the season. I can understand why. Close to beach, piazzas, restaurants and markets.

Two bedromms out of a greater one with a door in between. Only one bathroom. One bedroom without a window. Bedroom with no place for luggage.

Central location

Old apartment, poorly working shower and toilet. You can hear every step in the apartment in every room ⁰with closed door and you can also hear every step in apartment above.

Location is superb.

Layout of the apartment was not ideal for 5 adults and a baby. There is a loft that starts on the first floor so you still have stairs to get to there.

the bathroom had an odor that got worse everyday. by the last day it was unbearable. we made sure water was flushed in sinks and tubs in case the p-traps were drying out. but no help. In addition, the master bed was very hard and we found it hard to sleep on. Finally, the elevator was not very useful and being on the 6th floor(2 floors of biz, then apartments) made it tough with suitcases. The great location was what we wanted and we are very happy with that! Overall we are so happy we found a place downtown but the odor was hard to take.

We booked two nights at the two bedroom flat going by the images but were disappointed to find a run down, filled with mould and stinky flat upon arrival. The flat looked nothing like the images and what was worse - one of the two bathrooms was FULL of mould on the ceiling. Honestly, it was shocking. On top, the Wi Fi did not work and the whole place smelled of curry. We notified the host who asked us to leave the flat for a few hours while she got a cleaner to remove the mould with bleach (not ideal given the fact we were meant to sleep next door but we went with it). So we left for a few hours until we were told we could come back. When we returned the mould had been cleaned however the flat smelled awful and the wi-fi still did not work. When we mentioned the smell the host said "if you keep the windows closed the smell from the indian food will be better". Honestly at this point we did not know if we should laugh or cry or what was better - the smell of bleach or curry? On top, the Wi-Fi still did not work and the host said she would bring a technician out the next day... Not helpful as in that location there is no data whatsoever. We let the host know we were unable to stay due to all the issues and asked for a refund (or even a partial refund) to which the host said she would look into it but then instead she marked the stay as a 'no show' on Booking and by doing so prevented us from leaving a review. She then ignored our texts and took all our money. Thankfully we were able to leave this review because we followed up with Booking and showed them all the screen grabs of the conversations we had with the host proving we did show up and so entitled to leave an honest review. To be honest, it felt a bit like a scam. We really didn't mind not getting all our money back, but the moment they marked the stay as a 'no show' it was a red flag. This place is located very well and it's a shame the state of the flat was so bad :-(

No lift (I am 65 and 4 floors..... without warning) Bathroom badly kept (smells, black marks, 1 bottle of 2 mixed bath gel for both sink and shower, terrible towels) No coffee Terrible beds (80 cm and separated) in both bedrooms. 1 plug in bedroom by the beds dedicated to the light. No WIFI One 40x40 cm pillow per bed 30 € of taxes for the dog (????)

We were very happy with the central location. The washing machine was appreciated (directions for the washing machine were missing). We loved the architecture of the refurbished building and the overall space with the three bedrooms. The ceilings are high, the floors are nice and the kitchen is well equipped. We liked the heated towel bars in the bathrooms. The location was quiet at night.

We did not like the elevator. It is extremely, extremely slow and often gets stuck on the highest floor. Walking up the 28 narrow steps in the foyer to the elevator wa also difficult with our bags. The apartment needs refurbishing after a lot of use. The bathrooms are old. The lightbulbs were out in several places. It is necessary to look at the video for the lockbox to figure out how to use the key for entry.

great size, great location. very accommodating we were able to have early check in and late check out (maybe due to low season)

the only dislike was the elevator is only from L1, and it’s a few stairs up to L1 with luggage etc.

property host was there to greet us and it’s not easy to find especially at night. Also had to take our Luggage up three steep flights of stairs. since the host was not there we could not use the elevator which does not start on the ground floor. Also had my phone charger taken from our apartment. Don’t leave the spare keep in the lock box
