- Not enough dishes in the kitchen - only a set for 2 people, no wine opener ;-) - Noisy pipes in the bathroom

Everything was fine until our money was stolen from the apartment.

I stayed in the apartment from 7th to 13th January and my guest came to join me on the evening of 10th January. Unfortunately at some point on 11th or 12th January, our cash was stolen from the apartment. The apartment is accessed by key codes. There was no break in. I reported the incident as soon as we realised it had occurred and the response from the organisation has been pathetic. Despite multiple emails, they have not investigated what might have happened let alone tried to put it right. They are treating us like complete idiots. The apartment did not provide a safe for valuables and the thought that someone went through my things and found and stole our money (in two separate bedrooms) is very upsetting. The only good thing is that nothing else was stolen apart from cash but on the other hand, stolen cash is very hard to prove. I have reported the incident to the Portuguese police. I cannot recommend Prime Lisboa based on the fact that we were robbed from the apartment and the organisation has refused to investigate this or take it seriously. I am incredibly upset by what has happened.

Beautifully appointed apartment in a great location Great kitchen eating area bathroom and living space Convenient access to all facilities - Time Out Market Train Station Supermarket Restaurants Bars etc On a busy street quite busy at nights. We like noise ! If you’d prefer something more quiet the heavy solid windows blocked noise well

TV was not working Coffee maker was dirty with mould forming on used coffee in filter This was minor however compared with being locked out of the Apt for over an hour at a time !! Our keypad entry system was a disaster ! Blocked us out of the Apt at some point for 3 of 4 days We sent messages to both Booking.com and Prime Lisbon with no response The Wonderful Ksenia came along ( by chance ) to save us after one hour sitting on stairs Compensation of €16 - waiving of the City Tax was inadequate We are Air BnB owners. We would’ve given the last night FREE of charge for this serious inconvenience Unfortunately we cannot recommend this Apt because of this

Location was AMAZING! The room was so nice, spacious, they had dishes (and everything else you need to cook), clean, closet space.

The shower head was a bit out of control. It only came jetting out and it wasn't comfortable to shower there.

The property was decorated nicely, cool windows, nice balcony, and very modern. BUT- There was no Wi-Fi or TV for my entire stay. Texted the property via booking app and they were responsive and apologetic but seemed like canned responses. Got the feeling they have been aware of the problem and just haven’t fixed it. Told me they were getting internet company to come but that never happened and didn’t have TV or Wi-Fi the entire time. This made property totally not worth the money we paid for conveniences. Not happy- don’t book here unless you make sure they have tested Wi-Fi and tv before entering.

Seems like management of property is lacking and maintenance needs s a problem. No confidence that problems were going to get fixed.
