The apartment is big, with minimalist design, a lot of white and closets - the kitchen is also hidden in a closet. It was fun trying to find it, and the fridge :). Two heaters were available in order to warm up the apartment, as Portuguese homes do not have central heating. We used only one and not all the time - it was January, but a rather warm weather. It is fairly close to the city centre, so you can reach it on foot. The communication with the team was very good; they are available 24/7 and are very helpful. They arranged also a shuttle to airport.

Quite noisy; we could hear our neighbours above loud and clear. Could be due to the fact that the building is old.

We found a really big cockroach in the bathroom in the morning.

The apartment was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the decoration was very cozy. Location was really good too, near lovely cafes for brunch (as we chose not to include breakfast in our stay).

Would love for the check in experience to be smoother. Had to go to one place first (which wasn't clearly indicated as it is an office inside a building), and only after that go to the apartment which was a 5min drive away. I also asked if the studio had a sofa (just to confirm, as the pictures showed it did, but I read some comments of other guests saying theirs didn't), and the check in guy told us it didn't, although when we arrived, it actually did, which showed he didn't know which apartment we were going to.

Excellent location. easy walk to shops and attractions. Good access to transport - metro 5 min walk away.

The apartment does not have air con; gets very hot and does not cool down much at night. Room was not serviced during our 9 day stay so there ws no change of towels, sheets etc... linen and towels not good quality. No kettle or glasses when we arrived - these were provided after a couple of days.

Nice, central location quiet, not much noice coming from the tram that is passing by. good kitchen: with coffee machine and dish washer. good, roomy bathroom.

Clean and modern room, very equipped. Located in a very lovely and chic district, close to attractions, and full of choices for cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. The soundproof was moderate and I could hear some sounds from neighbours' chat and a bit of traffic noise at night (close to the street), although in general, it didn't bother my rest.

The check-in was arranged in another building about 10min walk away. The staff was polite and helpful. But honestly, I was a bit confused with the two addresses and the check-in procedures. I was also given the wrong code to the key box but it was later solved without too much trouble. All that said, I don't think I had an unpleasant experience, just wishing it to be more convenient and smooth.

The only thing that was missing was a bath mat for the bathroom, otherwise great!

Location, very clean and spacious room. key are easy to pick up but you HAVE to check the hours for pick up.

For one week there are ONLY 2x towels and that's it. Nothing more to dry your hands, dishes, floor, .. nada. It was difficult to find a housekeeping person to ask for more - but it was possible.

Very nice and spacious apartment. 50 m away from Time Out Market. 300 m away from Cais do Sondre. Stayed here for a week and enjoyed it here.

Amazing apartment with all the necessities and more! The location was perfect to sightsee also had supermarket, bars, restaurants all super near! Definitely recommend!

The breakfast is one of the few positive things during my stay.

The place is extremely noisy/ 2D I was on holiday and hoping to rest. I was unable to sleep during my 3 nights stay in the appartment. Very dissapointing indeed. I would not recommend especially after a long walk in Lisbon. They uncorrectly charged additional amount of 168 EUR on my credit card and have not returned the caution of 150 EUR yet. I am still waiting for the reimbursement. You are informed after the payment , that you will have to check in into a different adress that where you will sleep....Transparency is unknown to them. Bad Experience
