The whole apartment was very cozy and confortable. It was adequate for a family of two adults and 4 children (2 boys and 2 girls). They still miss their stay and remember it nostalgically. All rooms have A/C heater fit in, the kitchen and the kitchenware were very functional and complete as my spouse was delighted with the stove/oven and the built-in fridge / washing machine and dishwasher. The TV signal was not working at the beginning but with the help of the support staff, the loose cable problem was easily resolved on the same day. The dinner table and the sofa bed were very nice additions to the mix. The WC with the bathtub was my little girls' preferable one and they would spend hours on it. The other WC with the shower was mine and my wife's favorite. The beds and their linen were clean and confortable as downtown Lisbon's street noise would not even disturb our sleep. Much recommended for family and group stays.

The garbage collection should be done in a compartment close to the building rather than having to walk to the nearest dumpster to throw it off. There should be an alternate process to provide the apartment lock code to clients with no Internet access on their mobile phones on check-in / arrival.

Place is exceptionally good, near some objects of interest and fado restaurants. The staff is very helpful and polite.

cleaning, maintenance, not enough towels and pillows for all guest. TV never works. Building looks like abandoned and the only apartment in use was this one, all buildings around in construction. A lot of mold, including in pillows. AIR CONDITIONERS WERE NOT CLEAN IN DECADES AND only one control working for 4 ac’s

The walls need to be repainted. The apartment was spacious for a bigger family.

Location is good, beds are comfy and suitable for a large group. Allowed early check in which was great!

Apartment as a whole is a little run down in comparison to the pictures, not as new and modern. There was a party in the apartment below who were also argumentative and coming to the door when we asked them to keep noise down. They informed us they live there. There was endless construction. I wish we had of knew as would not have booked - the noise was awful the whole holiday.

very nice flat with good location and good facilities. i will recomend to everyone. The flat is on te best neighbourhood in Lisboa, in Alfama.

The location of the apartment is good

We found a chewing gum and a mask in the mattress of the sofa bed. Even in a normal situation is kind of disgusting but in this pandemic period is not acceptable at all. The design of the apartment is modern but in some part is not well made, in particular the bathrooms. It seems that was completed in a hurry

The place was very clean, super close to a lot of landmarks, very spacious and safe because of the code-based access both in the building and the room. We also enjoyed the kitchen, because it was equipped with everything and we could cook our own meals.

pillow cases didn't have a cover in one of the rooms and where not comfortable at all. When we wanted to use the kettle many switches stop working. i don't think the place is safe.
