Exceptional

A very nice hotel in a vibrant area of Bairro Alto. A cute small room with wonderful beading. Seriously, the bed linen and pillows are amazing. If you are looking for a good rest after a million hours flight, you are good to go. Also the breakfast is great, recommended!

My go-to hotel for trips to Lisbon

Stylish hotel in centre of tourist area. I've stayed here a few times and keep coming back as it ticks all the boxes. Big comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Stylish design.

It can be noisy on the street outside late at night but with windows closed and A/C on, it is fine

Great location, very quiet and comfortable, book a room with a view if you can afford it!

Great location for nightlife, bars and restaurants. Lots of city centre sights within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable, rooms very clean, good shower, excellent Wi-Fi.

Sockets by bed not very accessible. Shower curtain leaked water out into the main bathroom. My 2nd Floor room window faced another building about 10 feet away so had no view, and no privacy without curtains drawn, so consequently a bit dark. Building was so close, you couldn’t even really tell what the weather was like!

Not impressed.

Good location. Good breakfast and the hotel was clean and tidy.

Hotel is very dark, lots of black and low lighting. We were not informed that the roof top bar was closed, and that is one of the reasons i chose this hotel! The staff were not very pleasant. Overall, not impressed with this hotel.

Design hotel of a different kind

Location

But offering it as a designer hotel is ridiculous. The design is cheap and outdated, as is the building technology. The air conditioning roars like a 50-year-old fan. In addition, moths fly around everywhere. All in all, reason enough for us to cancel the stay and look for a better hotel.

Horrible room

Location was great. And that is the only thing which is good about this hotel.

Hotel rooms very poor, not matching the standard presented on the photos. The room with the ventilation boxes from the restaurant literally 20 cm outside the window. No view, impossible to open the window due to the horrible noise coming out of this ventilation and disgusting smell. It felt like being in the prison not 4 star hotel…

Very good

They had coffee in the Hotel and in the lobby. The breakfast was really nice. Location was very central.

Staff could have been nicer and more relax. The room was sometimes a bit dark.

Exceeded our expectations!

The suite was impressive with so much space and a bathtub in the bedroom and a cute balcony overlooking the city.

The rooftop bar was not open during our stay.
