The name. It sounded like it was very professional
The room was very small and drab. Badly located and poor quality

The whole place was smelling of Indian hemp smoke, yet it is supposed to be a non smoking hotel.

Serene location - it's like coming home, once you get through the crazy peak hour traffic (so avoid checking in during peak hours).
The room was spacious and cozy. Staff at the reception was polite and friendly.
The bed seemed a little short, not sure it's up to Queen size. I'm 5'6.5 and my legs stuck out a bit.
Apartment is just about due for some maintenance and slight upgrade, to get everything shiny and new again. I could smell smoke from next door and I'm allergic. A NO SMOKING POLICY would be nice or at least have separate rooms for smokers.
The rooms need Intercom for communication with front desk.
