is old and didn’t deserve what I paid i went around and saw chipper than what I paid

The hotel has wonderful location and great infrastructure. My room was large, very quiet, the AC was effective and the water and electricity always worked, which is not always the case in Nigeria. Security was quite good. The staff were polite and really tried to please. The gym and pool are large.

The lobby is huge, but in need of rehabilitation.

I have just stated so above. The bathtub of the room offered me does not drain off, I could not get dinner at the facility and I was not refunded the difference between the superior room and classic room, I was eventually given and after my complaint about the bathtub, nothing effective was done.

I booked a superior room but, when shown the room, I didn't like it and was given a classic room which was okay until I took my bath and found the bathtub doesn't drain. Complained and nothing was done. More painful, I was not refunded the difference in price between the classic and superior room. Had to cut short my stay from 2nights to one; though this was because of some other exigency and I had earlier notified the establishment and I could not manage my booking on the app.
