Absolutely stunning waterfront location to enjoy private swims in the lake, along with the fabulous views on the lake and sunset (you have all the afternoon sun)! The property is cozy and comfortable and is better and far more beautiful than one would expect from the photos; Joshua is very friendly and helpful!

Superb location directly at the waterfront with fantastic views. We loved the style of the villa.

The location is a dream in terms of access to the lake and view. We watched amazing sunsets and the lights of Bellagio twinkling at night. There is off street parking. We used taxis as we did not want to drive and this was not a problem.
It’s an older characterful property which we loved but might not be to everyone’s tastes. The out door areas are wonderful. Access to the lake is via ladders.

Large and comfortable with 2 bathrooms and plenty of space indoor and out. Very nice beds, good appliances and outdoor furniture.
Plug sockets are not standard European 2 pin and only 1 adapter there for use. Train noise woke us every morning early. Access to lake very tricky. Parking space has large dip and mental barrier difficult to maneuvre around, especially with impatient Italian drivers driving up your back side.
