The location is amazing.

Fred is an excellent host. The location is perfect to visit this wonderful city.

Central location was a great advantage of the apartment. In the heart of the city center, close to all historic places. A super market was at less than 5 mins walk. The owner was nice and came to pick me from the train station with his car, even if our communication was not that fluent and I had to wait about 30min under Arles's summer heat.

The place could have been quite cozy if someone had taken care of cleaning it properly, putting a layer of paint on the walls, refreshing the air before guests come, and changing the old mattresses... Most important the place was very dirty (fortunately except the bed sheets, which the owner had left on a pile for us to make the beds): dirty walls, one or two spider nets, oily dishes inside the kitchen's cupboard, smelly kitchen, mold in the shower, dirty floor, dirty and uncomfortable mattresses. In the absence of cleaning products or even a sponge for the washing up, I had to buy the products myself and try to make the situation kind of liveable. A mosquito net in the windows could be appreciated, as the studio is a ground floor with no A/C and humidity could be sensed in the air, which made obligatory to keep the window open for a long time during the night. No towels provided. Summing up all the above, first I felt disrespected as a guest and finally found the place overpriced (70€ per day).
