The property is walking distance to the beach and some restaurants.

The location is the best feature of this unit.
The unit is run down! It could use a remodeling! On initial arrival, you will need someone to open the building door for you until you retrieve the keys. The apt is a studio approximately 17X16. There were no cover sheets for the bed just the bedspread. The mattress is a just foam. There are no curtains and the balcony faces east so the sun comes in at 6:00am. Is you are a light sleeper, the airplane noise might be a problem. The cabinets are being used by the owner for storage of materials. The sink drains slowly and the commode was loose. There is a single foam mattress available but no sheets. The futon can't be used as a bed. The main view out of the balcony is the sister building with a glimpse of the ocean. The apt does have cooking utensils.

Close to everything, airport, beach, restaurants. The condo was very clean, cool, and beautiful beach view from balcony. The building also has a beautiful clean pool and a small laundry room in the basement. If you have a car you can park in the building for free.

There isnt anything I would say needs to be better. it was straight forward. I think for future reference the form of payment needs to be a bit more clearer.

We love the location! Near the airport. Walking distance to the beach, stores and most importantly plenty of restaurants for food.
My fiance is very TALL so he didn't want to romance and wake the neighbors. That's NOT the host fault, the host was PERFECT! The apartment VERY NICE 👍 Location EXCELLENT!!!!

Nice secured location, secured parking lot, close to restaurants and shopping center, beach. Apartment is a small studio, with nice view to the sea, has air condition.
The apartment has some storage places but they are locked and there is a small place to store your own stuff. They provide two towels only, no wash clothes or hand towels. Queen size bed, with a comforter, no linen under it. The pillows are uncomfortable and my neck hurts after using them. Water Heater is available only for the shower water, not in the other areas and makes the water warm, not hot.

Good location Easy checkin.
Very noisy with no sound isolation. Heard airplanes all night. Booked for 4 but only had bedding for 2. We booked another hotel for our second night and moved out. Owner asked for prepayment.

It wasn’t clear from the listing this was a condo and not a hotel. The inside of the condo looked like a prison. The Entrance door of the flat needs maintenance and the lock looks broken into. We struggled accessing the property and communicating with the host upon arrival despite inquiring about late check-in availability before booking. The pictures focus on nice details but don’t paint a good picture of the actual flat. Microwave and fridge are situated in the bathroom. The area feels safe but this is not a condo where I would want to spend an entire holiday in. It can work for a one night stay.

it’s a condo next to the airport. our apt was on a high floor and from the balcony you could see the harbor on the side

I loved the balcony. Yet the chair was broken. Loved that there was soap towels and even a few items in the cabinet. Host was helpful
Water pressure could be better I wanted to take a hot shower and that didn't work. Front door of the building was broken.

very close to the beach but the property is on the flight path so expect loud flight noises
flight path noises and parking instructions could have been clear.. the parking pass is in the room and is needed to park for free.

There were roaches, my son was scared to go to sleep because he seen some on his pillow.
