Very clean, great facilities and good location. Very close to the beach, shops and nightlife.
The neighbourhood is very lively and loud. It will be fine for most people but if anyone is sensitive to noise at night, note that it is a lively area at night.

Owner was very obliging and helpful.
Building work next door starting 7am for last 3 days of holiday. Lots of rubble and dust in the courtyard.
