Staying in Iswarya residency was one of the biggest downfalls of our 13 days trip to Kerala. 1. I had written and informed to the property in advance that I am accompanied by my senior citizen parents, my father was a heart and diabetic patient with just 15 % functioning heart capacity. Inspite of that, they put us in a room where cement work was going on on the floor with the workers carrying gunny bags of cement to and fro. 2. We were shocked that electricity was getting cut off every few minutes with loud scary noises 3. When I complained, they didn't act immediately. When I put my foot down, they shifted us to fourth floor. I thought now all will be fine. But we soon found that only boiling hot water was coming in the pipe and no cool water in my parents room. Again we complained. They then did something and now only cold water was coming and no hot water. My 72 year old mother in the morning had to heat tea kettle multiple times to fill one bucket with hot water. She didn't want to wake me up! When we complained they took no action. 4. There is no menu in restaurant. So you can't know your choices or rates. I think they get food from somewhere else. 5. We checked with other guests on 4th floor but they had hot water in their rooms. Which means the hotel was completely ignoring me and my parents. 6. During checkout mo restaurant bills were given. They straight away put the total amounts and gave. When I asked, they couldn't give me the bill of the first day of stay. I was forced to accept whatever amount they put there. 7. When I asked for owner's number. They refused to give. The GM didn't take proper action except reducing 1000 rupees which was a pittance. The staff, the facilities, the experience everything negative.

Need to make sure ac is working in all rooms. No hot water. Not acceptable. Can't depend on solar heater.

Great rooms, well fitted and very clean. Located close to various service establishments and temple.

Food charges were on the higher side but service was very good. Staff tried to help us in whatever way possible.

We like the cleanliness of room and especially bathroom. AC & Fan are available. TV also having YouTube access. We did not receive breakfast, as informed by staff, the restaurant was closed due to the concerned person was on leave.
