1. They refused to take the room rent by card / UPI means, they only accepting rent in physical money. Then I have to go nearby ATM to take money by leaving family there as they were tired to take them out.
2. In the toilet, water was leaking on wash basin and other water tap with hot & cold tap, both are leaking.
3. No room service on room.
4. Got room on 3rd floor but have to go 4th floor by lift and then have to walk down to 3rd floor as lift has been stopped working on 3rd floor.

Close to bus and train station, we were only in Kottayam for stopover so this was perfect.
Nice staff, clean large room, nothing fancy.
Bit dark, leaking shower, door hard to lock.

No restaurant. But the staffs are ready to serve you anytime.

Broken tv, issue with the door and locks, broken faucet holder, broken tiles, hazardous plug points very old sheets..staff who aren't helpfull..and the staff will not stop knocking even if you don't want their cup of tea and was planning on sleeping in...list goes on
