We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Winterpark and especially appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen, which made it feel more like home — a nice touch around the holidays!
The street is a bit busy and it doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside is comfortably elegant and VERY live-able and the backyard is incredible! We would definitely stay there again.

Although the property looks quite modest and is located on an access road off Aloma Ave, one walks inside and is amazed at the home’s size and condition. There are large dining and separate family room tables, small bar, two separate visiting areas and updated kitchen. We did not have the chance to go outside and use the pool, grill and patio area because we were there for a wedding, but the yard is HUGE. Other happy surprises - KitchenAid Mixer and dishwasher, wood chop block, new-ish fridge in large kitchen with good quality pots and pans. We would definitely rent this property again for extended family. The baby grand piano, having CVS and Starbucks 1 block away - YAY for people who have to have an espresso. Hard to find a place that is modern, clean and comfy for the adults but kid friendly.
Kid Friendly - besides the large fenced yard and pool, there is a playhouse with a slide (away from the pool). The room with the trundle bunk is closest to the street, but has its own bath and contains a big toy chest. The kitchen has a whole set of unbreakable dishes and matching cups in excellent condition. We had a 2 1/2 y/o with us, and her parents were very, very pleased with the home.
Juan was very responsive to our call about a slow-flushing toilet. Thank you!

Overall our stay was wonderful! Juan was very good in keeping in touch, unfortunately I didn’t receive the code until 45 minutes after we were there. It took us a while to get in touch with him, but he was out of the country. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house from the street does not even begin to show how amazing the place is. You walk in and immediately feel at home, but also on vacation. We loved all the amenities and the kitchen having everything we needed. I would stay here again 100%.

Great location for visiting our daughter at Rollins College. Super convenient to grocery store, etc. Nice backyard and pool for relaxing. Everything inside was updated and nice. Would definitely book again.

Property was clean and well maintained, for example the furnace and fridge filters were all new. This is frequently not the case in these rentals. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were a lot of little extras on the property that I appreciated. The outdoor pool area was great. It was perfect for our needs. I’d stay here again.

We came to see a football game. 6 men in our 50's. It was the perfect spot with enough beds for each of us to have their own. Kitchen is brand new as is the whole inside of the house. The back yard and pool area served us well. We were able to grill out most nights. It is located walking distance to grocery, Starbucks, CVS and restaurants.

Two days before we were due to arrive I was informed that I was required to pay a $250 pet deposit for my Maltese dog. I was told if I did not agree to pay the fee that our reservation would be canceled. I asked if we could split the fee, but he was unwilling to do so. The owner did call me back the following day to tell me that I was correct and his VRBO listing did not list the pet deposit and he was making a correction to the listing at that time. I would have NEVER rented a house with that high of a pet deposit. There were other homes that we could of have rented in much better areas. This was the third VRBO that I had rented for this year, I am not new to vacation rental policies. We had family flying in from Wyoming and Arizona well as Kentucky. I had no choice but meet his demands and to pay the $250.
Upon reading the guest log, the pet fee was only a fraction of what I was charged, something that I did text the owner about to let him know that he also needed to update his guest book.
The house was nice, but we had to call and request wash cloths and extra towels, as well as request a missing shower curtain. The grill was unusable, and the pool was not cleaned the entire time we were there.
I would never rent from this man again due to the last minute outrageous pet fee and his unwillingness to compromise, especially since it was his oversight on his listing.
Renters beware!

CASA Winter Park was great for our family weekend. We all had our own rooms and baths, plenty of space to hang out and a nice pool too.

The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything guests might need. The pool and covered outdoor seating areas were also very nice.

I rented Juan’s place for my daughter’s college graduation. We hosted a party for her and a teammate. This house was PERFECT! Size, location, yard, and everything needed to host a celebration! From the outside, it’s neatly kept, but unassuming. When you walk in, it opens up and is huge! My entire family (grandparents too) comfortably stayed together without being on top of each other. Juan was speedy to respond and super friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Our family stayed here for a wedding down the street. Location was excellent for us. The whole home appears to have been recently and tastefully remodeled. Wonderful layout! 4 bedrooms, ALL with a full bathrooms! 2 KING ROOMS! Absolutely loved the back yard with seating for all and a pool. Owner was very helpful. We've stayed at many other homes in the past and this was the best by far! The photos are very accurate. I highly recommend this home!

This is a beautifully renovated home near Orlando that is quite spacious and very nicely decorated. Fully equipped with literally everything we needed. Pool and yard beautiful and well
Kept. A few things though to be aware of, the location is off a very busy road and the neighborhood not great. As well, while the house was awesome itself, cleanliness issues were apparent and we had roaches every time we cooked a meal- not great. Hosts were incredibly responsive to this and hopefully now rectified.

The property was better than advertised. The kitchen was great to cook in and the pool was a delightful way to cool off. The back yard and dining room had ample space to entertain our family during the Easter holiday.

We stayed for just under a week while we visited colleges with our younger daughter and grabbed a few days with our college aged daughter during her Spring break. The house is beautiful and well stocked. The owners are very responsive and friendly.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood despite being just off a busy street. The privacy of the backyard and pool are were wonderful and enjoyed by the whole family. Parking was off street and plentiful.
We chose the house for the amount of living space, the pool and central location to parks, trips to the beach and to local colleges and we would definitely recommend staying here.

The house is fantastic and is the best-appointed house we have ever rented. They have thought of everything you could want or need. Juan is fantastic, we had a little hiccup at check-in, and he was super responsive. The issue was resolved quickly, and we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this property and any managed by Juan.

Stayed for an extended weekend for a family wedding. Loved the space inside and out. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor space. I also love that there are so many bathrooms. It made it easy when we needed to get ready for the wedding.

Work event for a small business traveling for the Hula Bowl. We had 3 partnered couples and actually a baby.
House has 2 large bedrooms with large beds and one bedroom with a queen. The 4th bedroom would be great for 2/3kids kind of a bunk bed sitch.
5 stars when it comes to the house. All the amenities were thought out. Easy to use all appliances etc.
The only negative I would give is it’s directly off a busy street but honestly once you get in the house it was great.

The house was everything the description and pictures showed. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. My family and I really enjoyed the few days we spent catching up. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area.

Juan was the best. I have been planning this trip for almost a year. He was a great communicator and answered all my questions and was very accommodating. We had 3 adults and 2 kids. Everyone had there own room AND own bathroom it was awesome. This house was fully stocked with anything you might need. It really felt like you are staying yin your own house. I really loved the decor of the house and the backyard was great as well. The main reason for the trip was to take the kids to the theme parks for Christmas but I didn't want to stay in a tourist area by staying in Orlando. Winter Park is such a great city so beautiful with soooooooo many delicious restaurants. Publix was also 5 mins from the house.
I would definitely stay here again.

This home was absolutely stunning and perfect for our family/friends. We occupied all 4 bedrooms and other guests were thrilled to have their own bathroom. Absolutely no complaints about this home. Owner was easily accessible. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Could not believe all that was stocked and available. First of all the house was very spacious and clean. So pretty. The beds and bedrooms are large with each having their own bathroom. The living space and dining area were large with open floor plan. We had a blast being there and no one felt cramped. The kitchen was a large aisle with each side open. The pool was very clean and the backyard was big with a fire table and 2 outdoor eating tables with lights. The firepit was also very large and looked great; wish we had a chance to use it but we were too busy. I will look for availability here first if I am ever in need of a place to stay. Can not say enough great things about Casa Winter Park. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Great stay! Lovely home with great kitchen, 4 suites and ample living space. Pool area is very nice. We enjoyed it. The location is very much on outskirts of Winter Park for the downtown aspect. Location has highway noise, but the house is well insulated and so not problematic for us. We would return if we needed to be in this location for something specific.

In my 12 Years in entertainment business working with many properties including mansions, this was the best property I've stayed at. The attention to detail was amazing. Kitchen had everything even airfryers, pool had towels, floatis, fire pitt, bathrooms fully stocked. Incredible. If i have to find 1 thing feedback it would be the pool having a heater in case it was rented in colder months and/or having a hottub.

Can't say enough great things about this place. It was everything and more we could've needed or wanted for my husbands birthday weekend celebration. The house was very clean and fully stocked! My daughter enjoyed all the toys and costumes that were in the kids room. The yard had so much space to run around in, and the pool was added bonus! Juan, thank you for sharing your house with us. We will be back again!

Very clean and modern inside; the best stocked kitchen I've ever encountered in a rental; the wife LOVED the brightly lit mirrors in the bathrooms and full-length mirrors in the bedrooms; comfortable beds and sheets; interior excellently designed with many small conversation areas, but still open for unity of group, if desired--great for a dinner party or large group that is vacationing together, but still wants some individual space; fabulous backyard with outdoor living room, pool, grill, kids' play area; plenty of driveway parking for at least 5 cars; nice curb appeal; only lessened location star rating due to the house fronting a busy road--but house is actually on a service street, so easy arrival; owner was very attentive from moment reservation was made; easy check-in and check-out, and no issues during stay at all; would definitely rent this property again
