Мне не вернули залоговую сумму 1000 грн! Уже прошло две недели. В номере очень маленькое и тонкое одеяло не расчитано на двоих, чтоб получить дополнительно одеяло нужно платить 150 грн.

Pretty central location few minutes walk from independence square & metro. Spacious room complete with bedding, towel, toilet tries and even laundry powder to use the washing machine. Host was great, I arrived from my previous destination at around 10am after a 12hr train journey. Check in officially was 3pm but they kindly allowed me to check in significantly earlier, which was amazing as I hadn't slept for a day. And this alone is why I rated highly out of 10

Hmmm. Were shall I start..... Bathroom - compact, not really an issue but the shower was. Really filthy. Shower heads ALL OF THEM in serious need of cleaning and descaling. Hot water lasts for about 2mins then is icy cold. Sign says to run the shower for 10-15 minutes. If you do that you'll have wasted the little hot water there was. net curtains were dirty (needed washing) general decor needs refreshing (painting) fixtures and fittings full of chipped wood/paint. Kitchen - microwave, 2 ring hob. No oven, no grill, no toaster. Balcony - use at your own risk. The metal railings are well and truly corroded and falling to bits. The balcony floor is crumbling. Serious safety issue. A few mornings as walking down the communal staircase found homeless people sleeping, even though there is a key code required to enter the complex

Помешкання велике, але геть некомфортне. В квартирі не працював бойлер і не було централізованого гарячого постачання. Душ прийняти не було можливості. Двічі прибігали працівники, щоб відремонтувати ( о 23.45 менеджер з блакитним волоссям і на ранок о 10.00 сам майстер). Нічого не вийшло, я попросила повернути мені частину грошей, бо квартира без гарячої води мені не потрібна. Менеджер з блакитним волоссям попросив побути на лінії і, забувши вимкнути мій дзвінок, почав обговорювати з колегами, повертати гроші чи ні. В розмові називав мене конченою і т.п. На вимогу пояснити свою поведінку, злякався і кинув трубку. Просила дати контакт власника компанії, сказали що він за кордоном. Штори обірвані, тюль розірвана. На кухні немає верхньої частини меблів. У ванній старе все: душова кабінка, дзеркало, сантехніка.

The location is great, leads right into a park and walkway into an idyllic area of Kyiv.

Several weeks after my stay, I still haven't received my deposit back despite multiple calls with management. I had also pre-arranged for a late checkout but was abruptly called while outside to say I had to leave immediately.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. All digital locks, so no keys to lose and easy to leave early, just close the door behind you.
