The building from the outside looks great, please do not get excited too much, it is outside only. The location is quite good if you do not mind super loud music until 24:00 during Weekdays and 02:00 Friday, Saturday - as there is a very noisy bar 150m away.

Owners are very arrogant, as a fact we had to call the police as the owner has bitten my wife. This is 1st time we had to deal with a physical attack from the owner in my probably 200+ stays (Booking or other platforms) Rooms need attention. Photos attached. The construction 300m away starts 8:00 every day, noisy bar 150m shuts down 00:00

The facilities was very clean and comfortable. Nice air conditioning. Wonderful view of the city from the balcony.

The owner was incedibly generous, I had my civil wedding here and he offered us to use the penthouse suite for the ceremony. Very clean, housekeeping passed every single day, sheets changed at our order.

Rooms are superbly plush.
