Before I left it with bugs everywhere on my clothes no safe to put my passport I didn't get the room I wanted and there is no refund at the hotel do not go there

We couldn’t sleep because of there is too much noise on the street you can hear everything in the room the swimming pool the water is really duty water the room was very small the pillows were dirty when we get into the room

Breakfast was great and the customer service.
The rooms smells so bad, I don't think they clean those sheet in a long time, the Wi-Fi doesn't work and the furniture is so old. Worst place ever. Don't waste your money. It's a nasty place.

Hotels are supposed to have hospitality - not one staff member even said hello during the entire stay, they come off as if you're a bother being there. Additionally the leaking roof in my room 111, and while the floors are cleaned well the higher you get the more cobwebs you find
