you have to pay just to used the swimming pool. that is sucks for the people renting the condo.

Jaja was incredibly helpful! she went above and beyond for me and my family and nothing was too much to ask. she greeted us with a warm welcome and her property was absolutely excellent for us !! when I visit Manila again I will without a doubt be staying in Jajas apartment !!

Pool very nice
Swimming pool was charged extra one thousand paso for our family plus to many petty rules which distracted from a relexing holiday

Very good security. Makes you feel safe once inside the premises.
Poor wifi connection. My kids were really disappointed because of this.
It was not stated that there is no free parking space, so we didn't know we will be charged with additional 450/night for parking. It should have been made clear from the start.
Gym fitness center is off limits for visitors.

Overall complex looks nice and it has wave pool.
It is a residential place not a hotel to start with. Host had misunderstanding of all the details of reservation and the pre-agreement. No visitors are allowed to enter. Equipment inside is basic minimum. Some things are missing, eg soap, spoon.
