The place was amazing. Ir was easy to find close to all amenities . Rooms were over our expectations good for family with children's descent siEbof shower. Security was there 24/7 very welcoming and polite. Swimming was beautiful we can over see it from our bedroom make it look and feel the atmosphere of a good holiday. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. And I will definitely come back again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was perfect. I was not lacking anything .

Big apartment with air-conditioning in all sleeping rooms. Located in a small non public and secured apartment complex (around 40 houses). House keeping (two times a week) is tryed to do the best under the present conditiones (see ☹️)

This house (#8) is very old and needs to be renovated. There are several things defect - small things (e.g. doors on kitchen, curtains, handles on Windows, stains on walls...) and importaint things like unrepaired water damages with big mold stains.

The location and facilities

No WiFi at 2nd floor, the check in time is only after 3 PM, host did not allow us at even 12 PM, early check in request will be normally accepted, if the property is vacant. Cleaning was done only once, in our 4 days stay. Host was sending messages in WhatsApp about cleaning on our self and extra charge for cleaning.

Place just needs a lick of paint

The property is large so lots of space and some bedrooms had balconies on two sides. There is a large communal swimming pool which was a bonus some days after sightseeing. A cleaner came on two of the five days we were there. The location is an easy walk to restaurants, shops and beach. The bed in the bedroom we stayed in was comfortable. There is a Wasing machine. A garden terrace to sit in. Comfy sofas. Garage for parking car. It felt safe as on a guarded complex. Big walk in showers lots of hot water. Both bath towels and beach towels provided.

The place hadn't been aired before our stay and because of some water ingress from the roof and bathroom there was black mould stains the place smelt musty and damp. We gave it a good airing in the five days we stayed there. This could be a lovely property but its very tired and needs an upgrade and maintenance. It was given a 9 plus on trip advisor. In my opinion more a 7 .

The property was a 5-10min walk to the supermarket and the beach. Flic en Flac has plenty of choice of places to eat to suit every taste and budget. The apartment was clean, including the linen provided and the beds were comfortable. There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with basic essentials provided such as some cooking oil, salt, some spices, coffee and sugar etc. The communal swimming pool looked clean and lovely but we didn't get a chance to try it out as it was being cleaned the morning we planned to use it. The complex and the property was secure.

Gaining access was an issue for us. We called the number provided upon our arrival only to be told that we had called the wrong number. Subsequent calls were ignored. We understandably feared we had been scammed and were on the phone to Booking.Com when we received a call to say that they had been notified of our arrival. We were confused but relieved that we could finally access the property. We later received a message from the host explaining that he had been in a meeting and our call had been picked up by a friend. Very unprofessional in my opinion, which caused undue confusion, stress and panic. It also cost me over £16 in phone calls. There was no decent kitchen knife to prepare food with except for steak knives and a broken kitchen knife.

Pool close to supermarket, beach and restaurants Very spacious

Daily cleaning service was written on the booking page, during our 6 nights stay the maid only came twice and the apartment was not cleaned properly. Especially the fridge was not cleaned. The apartment is a bit run-down and needs some renovation e.g. there was water from outside coming down the wall and dripping onto the stairs after a rain. We were asked about our check-out time and consistend with the possible check-out times stated on the booking page we told them two days before leaving that we would check-out at one a clock. After coming back from the beach at 11 am to shower and finish packing we found the maid cleaning for the next guests and got several messages from the manager asking us to check out because the maid needs to clean and there are new guests coming.

Could have provide some coffee, sugar, extra toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, hand soaps and freshener.
