Within town centre, near to basic amenities

Quiet street with little footfall and may be noisy in night from vehicles using road in front of accommodation. Air cond is noisy. Bathroom is at much higher level than room floor and Sink is shaky, with concerns of accidents happening. Cockcroaches noted in toilet. Ants in room. Adequate clothes hanging area would be appreciated.

I love the location of this hotel that at center of Pekan Kota Belud. Easy to find restaurants, do laundry and you can find anything here. Staff helpful

The wall is nlt sound proof. So i can hear from next room when they talking or when open songs

I like the location as it is situated in the midst of the town area so it is accessible to most of the places there.

The room didn't meet my expectation but overall it is a satisfying stay 😊

the bathroom light does not function, and the mattress and towel still have stain

Pleasant

Bed is comfortable and air con is strong. Got AXN channel and wifi is strong.

Found many long hair on the bed, I am short hair, definitely not mine. Shower hose is leaking water bad. The town mosque is nearby, and start broadcast sermons at 4.50am and then continue lectures for 30mins. Can't get good nite sleep. Won't recommend this hotel.
