Breakfast was not as expected. there was no choice. the item was also not so great. since i was hungry i had repeated the order.

the service was missing. right from towel to bathing soap everything needs to be asked for and not provided. room cleaning also took little longer and at a stretch three persons were in room of size 80 sq feet, including bathroom, and were sitting on the guest chair chit chatting.

Good Location. Room was provided with TV. Staff was helpful.

WiFi couldve been faster.

My visit was for official purpose and had to spend the night. This hotel is for budget friendly travellers who just need a bed to retire. there is no restaurant in the hotel but they do room service. There are small joints and Udupi cafe at walking distance. 15 to 20 min with no traffic to reach the property from the railway station.

Humidity in room, Ventilation in room is not adequate which makes it difficult & AC was not effective.

The room is smaller in size.

Very unprofessional. They cancelled my booking and after i booked another hotel they sent me confirmation again saying it is booked. They don't have basic internal coordination which is very important in the hospitality industry.
