Clean and spacious rooms.. Staff is cooperative. Overalls experience was good Lovely big rooms with fabulous AC, breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. I expected just a cup of tea but was blown away with the buffet breakfast perfect if you like desi traditional food.

The location is good - there is high end market nearby - Staff, especially Manager, is diligent in work. Bedding was clean; food was of good quality
There were no intercom in the room; nor were bells to call room service.
There was no television
Water was not sufficiently warm for prevaling weather.
Ceiling Fan was too low - while changing clothes, hand may get in between its wings.

The ONLY thing I liked about the property was the location. The location is close to a very known market named as M.M.Alam Road.
Staff was unprofessional, their attempts on every single time to charge the guests extra money, to reach to my room I actually had to pass by a storage room, they charged me additional for 2 cans of soft drinks which they didn’t mention before offering.

Bad room, very bad bed sheets and pillow and room cleanliness, bathroom is pathetic, even you can't use it.

I talked to hotel reception to set room earlier by 6 hours still no settings, Very poor room paints and panels, No proper washroom door locks, broken tables, AC on even with multiple calls for all 2 days, very poor service a single tea tooks 1 or 2 hours

Hotel front desk staff Mr Usman and Mr Jawed are very nice persons. General Manager of Hotel Tulip Inn is a very nice person. 2 times he pick me complimentary from Lahore Airport.

Breakfast was good according to my order. room was comfirtable. staaf specillay from desk Specillay Mr Afraz Khan and Mr Jawed was very co-oprative. Daily hotel provide me car clean show shine service.
