酒店的景觀一流，大堂的聖誕🎄水景設計很漂亮！23樓餐廳早餐很豐富，景觀一流可俯瞰看廣島全景，超美！ 樓下就有去宮島的船，很方便，酒店有去廣島站的接駁車！

房间设施略有点陈旧，床品特别是被套 有點粗糙！這點特別減分！

部屋が思ってたのと少し違うかったですが、過ごしやすかったです。 あとお風呂がもう少し種類が欲しかったです。 スパがどこにあるのか良く分からなかったです。 喫煙スペースがもう少し欲しかったです。

The very spacious rooms and easy access to Miyajima via the hotel’s ferry makes it ideal for any stay in Hiroshima.

Unfortunately the amenities all are extra charge, which can be a bit pricey. Understandable for the good deal on the rooms overall.

夜景が綺麗、部屋も清潔でとても良かった。

朝食が混んでいて他の階へ行くことになった。混み具合がテレビの案内画面でなどでわかるといいなと思った。

The hotel is very nice, especially the hall! Not by chance it recently hosted the G7 meeting. The room was big, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel is in a nice position, facing the bay, but it's a bit far from the city (45 min bus ride from the train station). There are shuttles but not very frequently and not during the evening.

Room was very comfortable with a great view. It's perfekt that they have a port for the ferry to Miyajima Island. It's a very quiet area surrounded by nature and a path next to the sea. Overall a great location.

The walls of the room looked a bit worn out especially on the bottom where all the luggage goes through.

Great if you want respite from Hiroshima and urban environments, while still seeing the Peace Museum. Also great for the boat to Miyajima.

Room needs updating, but as we had a very good price, this was a small issue.

Beautiful hotel lobby area. Staff very friendly. Food and drink in restaurants delicious and view from the top floor is fantastic. Great location for ferry to Miyajima.

Rooms a bit dated. Need to pay extra for swimming pool (which was full of bugs) and Onsen.

We chose the property for the location on the coast. But it is a little out of the way if you do not have time to enjoy this quiet location.

The location of this hotel is phenomenal for the view you get of the bay. it is a little far from the center of the city, but there is a free shuttle, as well as a ferry to Miyajima. Staff were incredibly kind and the room was absolutely beautiful. The rate we paid was the lowest of any of our other hotels in Japan, but the room size was four times as large. Excellent amenities available and cleanliness was top-notch.

We loved the availability of staff. The extra attention to help us check in etc. The facilities are wonderful. There is a food/gift shop in foyer, breakfast on 23rd floor with amazing food and views. Cleanliness is excellent at this hotel. Comfortable rooms with a view! Value for money, and well worth staying there. Carpark is huge and discounted for staying, just give them the pass before leaving each time and they will adjust. Location is the best! Even if you don't have a car it is fine as we did, but chose to use public transport into city each time. This hotel has its own wharf for ferrying to the island which we used and enjoyed! A must do!

There is little to complain about. The hotel is magnificent in size and décor! Almost to the point of feeling a little embarrassed arriving after a 5hr road trip that day with all our belongs and tired eyes! but, we soon adjusted to the experience and soaked it up! We nearly cancelled our booking beforehand to stay in the city instead, but we were so glad we didn't as it was easily accessed by car or bus, and this hotel became the most memorable of our road trip holiday, staying at 9 hotels! Thanks to all of them though, it was a fantastic Japanese experience!

Nice view from the hotel

A bit outdated inside. The food at the restaurant was just average. The breakfast was too expensive for the quality offered. We didn’t get a pillow and blanket for our 5-year-old daughter because she was expected to sleep in mother’s bed which was just a regular bed for one person. although we made a booking for 2 adults and 2 kids, just because of her age, the hotel decided not to provide a pillow and a blanket for her although there was a separate couch available for sleeping. When we asked for an additional pillow and blanket, there was a separate charge which we found very unusual and strange.

View was outstanding. Free shuttle bus was great.

Bed was very uncomfortable and hard. We booked the Japanese restaurant when we arrived, then got told 4 hours later they had a big group coming in and cancelled our booking. When i complained they changed their mind and let us eat there. We never saw any body else come in and felt we were lied too.

Bed’s were comfy. Nice ocean view from room. view from the top is 360 and beautiful. There’s an onsen bath for a fee.

Hotel is a bit outdated. Rooms and carpets were old. wallpaper had markings and dirt. But can’t complain for the value. onsen fee is quite high.

Great view of the Sea. Very attentive and professional staff.

Property is ideally located to get to Miyajima but is 30 mins from the City by shuttle bus. Not much around the hotel to eat except the Prince Hotel owned restaurants.

Hotel looking and organizing . Quick Connection to the spitboat to the island. In general it's really Good hotel with a few restaurants include . Nice and large breakfast Buffet. Gym and spa.

A little bit far away from the city. A minimum of 30 minutes each way to go out. The room and shower are not remote links for a long time look like old fashioned. For sureFor sure not for young people This is more older people. The bed is not comfortable it's really hard to sleep on.

beds were very hard, but all beds in Japan are, maybe hotels should offer mattress toppers for foreigners haha
