Although these were not serviced apartments, they had everything you needed to service yourself. they were light and airy. The huge bed was extremely comfortable, this is one of the most important things for me as I suffer with back problems. Also there was free parking which was a definite bonus . Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

Our visit was primarily for Blues at Broadbeach and the location was perfect for the event. The accommodation was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to our friends.

Location to Broad beach was excellant. And the apartment was just what we wanted.

Great place for a good view of the beach, hearing the surf, short walk to convention centre, close to the shopping and restaurants. Ideal place for a great vacation or business stay. Good staff, safe and secure place to stay.

The property far succeeded our expectations, although reception was unattended, our entry experience went without hitch as they had covered all bases so as to speak. Our apartment was fully catered for all needed.

My only complaint is outside the control of the property, that was that, being on ground floor overlooking the road, Cleanaway would arrive early and “crash bang”; next time we will request apartment away from this.

Non serviced appartment -understood, but only a starter kit. 1 toilet paper, no trash bags cheap staff in a value of 10$ when you pay thousands for few days..time to buy new sharp knifes. Customer service is 5*, thanks Nathan for all possible help.

Thanks again.It was very comfortable. It would have been nice to know before hand, about the event across the road before I booked but because the weather was so good I can hardly complain. It was really lovely. The pool was lovely and the spa was nearly scolding temperature ...bit too hot ...it was hard to get into. The staff were all lovely . So was the pest control man and the swimming pool maintenance attendant. Broadbeach has become a little too busy and built up for my liking and because of the event it made it especially busy. Too much carbin dioxide ti breathe. The surf life saving club and the Broadbeach hotel at Oasis was very friendly and the service was terrific . It was a little annoying to have to walk around the event fencing rather than being able to cut straight across to the beach. The trundle bed opened really suddenly but thankfully away from me,it could have injured me . I got a fright when it snapped open. Anyway, very thankful for it, except that it was rock hard. Thankfully, with my shoulders I didn't have to sleep on it. The bed was lovely and comfy . The lady who changed my sheets was also lovely. All up, an excellent stay and thankyou all very much. It's freezing down here the weather was amazing up there. We were very lucky,thanks again.👍

Great location and the room was a good size for our family. The staff were really helpful and very welcoming.

The appartment is a little dated but still good value for the price.

This was a perfect stay for my daughter and I. The view and location was perfect being right across from the beach and just around the corner from the Oasis Shopping Centre, perfect for groceries for the days ahead. The bus to Surfers ran just outside the door and the light rail was only 5 minutes walk. The pool was great with the addition of the spa which we enjoyed a couple of afternoons when too cool to swim in the ocean. Great value! Would definitely stay again!

The only thing I would mention as a negative would be the very serious caretakers. Although efficient they did not give any more information or smiles than necessary. On one occasion when I called reception there was no answer.

Perfect ocean view location. Walking distance to all facilities and reasonably quiet for its location. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Have stayed before and it is quite comfortable and also have previously stayed in 2 bedroom family unit. It is what I'd call a 'no frills' affordable, comfortable holiday on the Gold Coast.
