from ads, it looks so amazing place. but its gone wrong when i arrived the unit C -3-11

1.the equipment is broken , piss off and old school. 2.water heater cannot adjust the temperature because of missing the adjustment button. 3.room floor tiles broken, I got video to proof if u need. 4.living room smells so bad, like someone piss infront. 5.aircond in the room not function as well. 6.the bed have mites so that i cannot sleep on the bed. I got got proof if U want and my body had itchy when i sleep on the bed. 7.The main door to enter the house need to change new cause its so hard to open the door. 8. the price is not match with the unit condition as well .If i paid for this unit with all facilities i got , i just want to paid only RM 45.00 9. please whoever served at this apartment just take noted , deliver to customers need to improve about facilities, investigate the unit safety and comfortable before pass to customers . as customer i become mad yesterday . hope to others who want to check in this property , make sure you already served for good condition.

Place was not clean and the floor was dusty... bedsheets were not clean and a few of us encounter bed mites after our stay. The bathroom door cannot be unlocked from the inside and you do need someone to unlock it from the outside... Booking.com need to review this kind of apartment or else please reconsider the property at the booking platform. Need to take note of all the standard cleaningness. Aircon is not cold too, please do consider servicing your aircon before renting it out again. Please!

The staff was friendly. Easy to parking and access accomandation.

Property wasn’t clean but bearable.

The location is strategic, surrounding with restaurants, shops and other facilities. The rooms are comfortable, hall is nice, view from the appartment is nice as facing the sea. Staff are very polite.
