Lovely location (right at the start of the mall road) and very good service
Slightly old property...some more food options would help..

they serving us breakfast at 3AM in the morning and that too when we were checking out was remarkable
i think, way down to the garden was little too complicated, should have clear guidance map

According to cost it was not worth it and staff didnt pick up the phn we called the kitchen for baby milk but nobody response!

The food and the staff was great.
The staff inadvertently charged me twice and have not refunded the amount yet. I have not even received any communication as promised by the staff.

Location was great. Room came with a gorgeous valley view. Nisha at front desk was very helpful with travel tips.
The spa was deceptively good. No fancy frills like a Jiva Spa or a L'occitane spa but the actual spa experience was extremely relaxing
Overall food could be better although they do have some decent starters

Very loud, food is average. Too expensive for what is offered.

The location, staff was very courteous and helpful. Snack bar items at MRP was a true delight.
Though the variety of items at breakfast was excellent the taste could be improved of atleast 2-3 items.
