Hotel bello, pulito e comodo per visitare Ho Chi Minh

Camere pulite, staff molto disponibile e gentile sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema, tè del pomeriggio molto apprezzato

Alcuni insetti sul roof top durante l’aperitivo (capiamo sia una cosa naturale e che non dipenda dall’hotel ma è stato poco piacevole)

Terrazza con vista fiume spettacolare

Terrazza con piscina e jacuzzi all’ultimo piano, dice di bellissima vista sul fiume e sui grattacieli moderni. Staff molto gentile. Colazione buona con scelta adeguata (più per gusti asiatici che europei ma comunque sono stata soddisfatta). La stanza ben arredata ma senza finestra (era indicato nella prenotazione ).

Niente. Tutto come da aspettative. La posizione è molto comoda vicino all’Opera e vicino al fiume. La zona è estere amente commerciale e più cara rispetto ad altre per mangiare

Dove passare le vacanze a Ho Chi Minh se non in questa struttura

Il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato eccezionale posizione centralissima vicino alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche…confortevole,accogliente….il personale professionale orientato proattivamente al cliente le stanze sono pulite ,accoglienti e soprattutto i materassi sono NUOVI…..il riposo notturno è garantito!..un particolare grazie a NGAN, HANA, PHAT, HUNG, NHI (F&B) THAI, LISA, RYAN, TAM, QUANG (front Office team)..hanno reso la nostra permanenza in hotel idilliaca sempre pronti ad aiutarti su tutto e per tutto..una naturale gentilezza!!! Altra particolarità di questa struttura è lo spuntino pomeridiano dalle 14 alle 15.30...con sandwich frutta tè caffè spring rolls...la colazione è abbondante e varia altra particolarità il bar sul Rooftop..ottimo luogo dove consumare un cocktail a bordo piscina o immersi deliziandosi di un'ottica vista sulla città ed il fiume...

Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Echtes Schmuckstück in guter Lage!

Sehr gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Aussicht auf den Saigon River vom Dach aus ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert und lädt zu kühlen Getränken ein :-)

Good value and relaxing base for exploring.

The afternoon tea with live music was really a nice touch. The location was easy walking to many tourist spots. The room was spotless and had a fabulous view. Great breakfast and coffee spots very close. Room dark and quiet with comfortable bed.

Relaxed and quiet but still near the nightlife

Good sized room and bathroom (included a bathtub with jets though I didn't test the jets out). Location fantastic, right ear Hai Ba Trung Street with plenty of bars and restaurants and also the main strip which is blocked to cars and free entertainment on weekends. Food/brekky was great, and staff were attentive and patient with my broken vietnamese. Having an afternoon Jasmine Tea in the lobby each day was soooo relaxing.

Rooftop area was nice with good view and breeze, but relatively basic. Rooftop bar had good prices esp at happy hour. I think the hotel could do more to provide in-house (and in-room) spa treatments.

Firstly Coffee! I loved the coffee. Staff were so helpful, kind & friendly. Location was also perfect for someone new in town and alone.

Rooms&pool could be wider but i believe it s not in your hand.

Enjoyable & comfortable stay

Loved the customer service that we got at this hotel . The staff- at the reception- Ryan, Lisa, Phuoc, Ngan and Luan were exceptional. It was service with a smile at all times./Also loved the view from the rooftop and the afternoon tea was a nice gesture.

Nice stay and I would use this hotel again.

Good location just outside where all the action is but easy walking distance. Nice pool and staff very friendly.

The second pool could not be used due the high high traffic noise from the other side of the building

Exceptional service and great location

The bellman Kway was very accommodating and could speak English.The front office staff also very helpful. Great job. Breakfast and afternoon tea also very nice

Not a great view from room

The location. The staff were really attentive. Afternoon tea was a bonus. Roof top bar area for evening cocktail.

Decor in room was tired and needed maintenance. Paid for a view and mostly got a neighbouring building roof top with the hot water cylinder.

Nothing was particulary bad, but I expected more, based on what we paid for the hotel. The towels in the bathroom was broken, the bathroom in general looked a bit torn, the afternoon tea was hardly refilled so it consisted mostly of empty plates

A great location, great staff, great roof top pool and bar. Would recommend!

Perfectly located for seeing much of the downtown area of Ho Chi Min. Was also within a short walking distance to pickup the sightseeing bus tour which we used on our last day. The hotel staff were just brilliant, nothing was ever too much trouble. The roof top pool, a small spa pool rather than a swimming pool, is really lovely. They have made a real effort to make it feel comfortable and relaxing around the bar and pool area. We spent both evenings up there enjoying the cocktails over happy hour (6-8pm) and meeting other travellers. Make sure you take advantage of the afternoon tea served from 2-3:30pm - we only did so on our final day and were really impressed with the spread they put on - all included in the room price!

The view from our room on the 3rd floor was straight onto a bare naked brick wall! Nothing the hotel could have done about it when another building is put up right next door, but it was a little disappointing. Guess its just a good thing we spent most of our time in the hotel at the roof top bar :-)

Nice location in walking distance to where we wanted to go

The staff were amazing and really tried to help us out in every way possible! The staff member on the rooftop at the pool was so nice, and was always refilling our free peanuts or getting us towels. We forgot his name but he was a stand out and was just so perfectly hospitable. The room was smaller than we thought it would be, but it was fine as all we needed was a place to rest our head! Breakfast was a small variety of options, but was really yummy and well done. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do! We could walk to all the main tourist attractions, however we weren't directly in the busy hustle and bustle. The reception desk was super helpful and they were able to book us tours to the Mekong River, as well as the tunnels and they also drove us to the airport when we were leaving! Really pleasant stay, I would stay here again.

A small 4star feeling quiet, friendly oasis.

Nice and quiet compared to the hotels more downtown. Very clean and the rooms are really good. the afternoon tea is also nice and the staff incredibly friendly. It also has a small Spa service.

the pool is smaller than it looked (more a jacuzzi) and there is no restaurant- just a pool bar open where the Kitchen is limited and closes at 6pm.

We had a nice stay but expected a bit more based on the reviews amd photos.

The staff is simply amazing. Rooftop bar is very nice. Location is very good.

The room was not exactly like in the photos. Very dark hotel. Cleaning could be improved.

luxurious stay in Hoi Chi Minh

The location and staff were expectational! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was an issue for them. The Jolie bar serves amazing cocktails with a great view of the city. I would happily stay here again :)

Great value - loved this hotel

This room was so comfortable and great that I didn’t want to leave it to head out. I particularly loved the furniture and the big bath. There’s also a great view from the rooftop. The staff were very professional and helpful. I left my luggage at the hotel until my evening flight and was able to have a shower when I came back to pick up the bags which was a nice touch. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Staffs is very friendly and 100% service minded.

All staffs are very polite and super friendly. My colleague got sick, so we ordered congee for her. But the kitchen had already closed at that time. Though, the hotel cooked for us and called to check if the guest was feeling better. I give 100 points for their service, we are really appreciated. BF is good as well

The bed is very noisy, it's bit bothering when we change the position. The room is bit dark, need more light.

Brilliant and will be back again.

The staff including Duy, Jennifer, and Lisa were great ambassadors for the hotel and gave an excellent experience with our stay. They provided great local advice and options for us to look at and engage with the local culture. Highly recommend.
