Location, view, very nice staff

The price for the dinner at the restaurant was rather high for the food we received, which was OK, but nothing out of the ordinary or fancy

The hotel is very well located, and has a very nice view to Como lake. The breakfast is served in the restaurant from where the view is also great!

The bathroom is a little outdated, but is clean.

Lovely hotel. We had a great view of the lake, and the room was small but comfortable. Was also clean. Also a lovely wine bar next door, with good drinks, and delicious snacks to go with them.

Beautiful views. The staff are so friendly. It is an ideal place. The food is incredible.

Very helpful staffs. The hotel located just right infront of the pier and bus stop. There are couple of restaurants near by.

The public transport is not convenience. If you would like to travel around Lake como, u need to take last ferry at 640pm from town.

Wow! What a location - looking over the lake and on a quiet road about 20 minutes from the really busy parts. We booked a room which was beautifully furnished with a terrace which was huge with sun loungers and a table and chairs as well as a fantastic view of the lake. After a fabulous meal in the hotel restaurant, we sat on the terrace with a bottle of wine and just soaked in the view - magical. The staff were all so friendly from reception helping us park our large VW Transporter, to the restaurant staff both in the evening and for breakfast. Everything was perfect, just wish we were there for longer than one night.

air con did not work overnight but started after we had gone for breakfast! tv would only play sound ..this format does not work on this tv…. or similar
