Rooms could be connected for the family

The overall decor, smell, ambience and cleanliness of the hotel went form 5 star feel to 3 star as soon as you got to the hallyway on your floor.

We were given a very damp and moldy room on the 6th floor, this was changed into another moldy room and finally got a better room on the 3rd floor.We lost a good 15 minutes in the process and we were tired after our flight.I am a regular customer and it was very disappointing

The room facilities could've been better. There could be a little more space in the rooms as they were very claustrophobic. The bathroom no longer has dental kits etc.

First of all, the room was not great and definitely not value for money. It did not even match the photographs on booking.com. The walls had dampness and the plaster was coming out from several places. Also, in booking.com it said that my room was a pool view but again that was false information as ibis probably did not even have a pool. Please do not provide false information on OTA websites.

Room is cramped and bare essentials. Breakfast is disappointing. Except for the location, the Hotel is disappointing.

The location was fantastic.

The bathroom is like an add-on feature & feels rather cheap. During the night, it is impossible not to wake your sleeping partner when opening or closing the bathroom door. The beds were uncomfortable. They sank in the middle & felt very used.

Size of Room Tariff

Location. It’s in Aerocity and close to both T3 and T2 terminals of IGI Airport. Very convenient to get to the city as well with the extension of the Airport line metro. Lots of good restaurants in its vicinity and they do a good breakfast spread.

People who suffer from back pain find the spring mattress very uncomfortable. I hope they can address the issue by having hard / orthopaedic mattresses in some rooms.

Facilities and location. Close to airport. Easy access to public transports good localities.

This is a great hotel in a secure location, plenty of security, staff are extremely supportive and helpful where needed, easy transport network to the rest of Delhi and beyond.

Room could maybe use a deep clean once in a while but nothing to bad.

Coordinated pick up and departure for flight by the hotel . Great breakfast selection and layover hotel.

Towels could be better as it looked a bit used and old.

Hospitality of front staff - Dipanjali

1. Check-in and check-out interactions were smooth. 2. Staff is courteous and friendly all over the property. 3. The breakfast had some fresh preparations which we liked. To name some Dosa, pancakes and omelette.

1. The room had stale and damp air. The air conditioning did not refresh the room air. They need to provide good quality air purifier in the room. 2. Our blanket had mold stains which we did not notice at the time of checking in because of blanket cover. I am attaching a picture. We also noticed the similar situation with pillows. This explains the moldy smell in there. When this was reported to hotel reception manager, they politely offered a free airport drop which we had to decline as we had our own car for the purpose. 3. Other than a few fresh preparations mentioned above, the breakfast buffet had some items which were stale. Especially the samosa had smelly potetos which was indicative that they were not fresh. Similarly, the cupcake and other confectionery items were just passable and were not as fresh as expected, might be sitting for days. 4. The bar didn't have most of the drinks from their printed menu. They had some other gimmicky brands which we tried but didn't like as such. Drinks were very costly (maybe I felt like this because I have been living in Germany for a long time :-) but not kidding it was an expensive bar.) 5. The food and drinks are very expensive in this area (Aero city) altogether. At the same time did not represent the lavish Indian classy cuisine. So overall, the two most important aspects of our stay, the room and the breakfast were not up to the mark and hence our stay was just passable and felt overly priced.

The check in and Check out procedure was so quick thanks to the receptionist Kalyan and Driver who picked us and dropped us at the airport our both stays.
