Perched on a hill so that's interesting. I would propose to stay low floors as it takes a few lift rides to reach the desired floor.

Non-air-conditioned walkway. Propose to take the room with pool as it is nearer to the facilities and not so dingy. Use the same credit card that you used to book in Booking.com. The hotel doesn't allow different credit card when settling bill at hotel.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, full of knowledge and always friendly. The entire property was stunning and we were very impressed with the pool villa. The resort spaces were clean and fragrant, Pat at the tour desk was our go to person for bookings and tips for local prices for taxi/tuktuk fares.

There is a lovely breakfast buffet which has normal buffet fare, it was sufficient but with so many places locally to choose from we ate out most of the time.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel and there were many highlights to our stay. Firstly, the resort offers great value for money, especially considering the bustling area it is located in. Nanai street is full of great cafes, restaurants, 7-eleven stores, massage shops, barbers, and all the amenities you need. The hotel offers some excellent services, including a free golf cart trip from the lobby down to the street and a free scheduled shuttle bus to Patong Beach. Even though we didn't get to use the pool, it looked fantastic and very inviting. Despite the hotel not being as new as some other resorts in Patong, it was quite spacious and clean. We were impressed by the super-friendly and accommodating staff who even let us check out an hour later than the regular checkout time. It also has an ATM in the lobby which is super handy! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value stay in a lively part of Patong. The staff, services, and location make it a fantastic choice for any traveler looking to enjoy all that Phuket has to offer.

The air con was not super cold in the room, and also the lobby is an open area with no air con.

i took the private villa with private pool whats good about it that it's really private where you and your partner can enjoy the villa, pool was clean and big, nice city view, the location of the villa was around 5/10 mins car drive to patong beach, clean sheets and towels.

bad restaurant, food is not good at all, i had the worst burger in my life, some employees were rude, I ordered a toktok for a ride then i changed my mind about getting in the toktok the guy there insisted that i wait until the driver come and when I tried to get in another taxi he talked to the taxi guy not to take us with him i think it's because they have a commission with those toktok drivers, the private villa pool was not deep, it was around 1.35m. air conditioning was very hot

Excellent view from Ocean Panoramic room. Very spacious also. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The lady (Pat) at the travel desk for booking tours and outings was extremely helpful and had really good recommendations.
