The pool and the setting which was like an oasis in the busy city. Massage was very good.
The hard bed. The breakfast was not fantastic.

Very well situated and close to many attractions. The gardens are beautiful and the amenities are second to none. We really enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
We cannot think of a single negative.

The staf was very nice (as everywhere in Cambodia) and the atmosphere cozy. Relaxing in the evening by the pool was realy a pleasure. We also enjoyed the restaurant.
One of the two room we had was inappropriate located (room no.19), having a kind of basement atmosphere/servant’s room…

Lovely restaurant! Rooms are unique! Friendly and efficient staff.

Pavillion is in a very convenient location in the heart of Phnom Penh. We were a walk from most attractions and a short Tuk Tuk from anywhere else in the city. The two pools (sun and shade) were nice to have. Breakfast was great. Our room was huge and elegant...but a little strange layout with a very large entry area relative to the size of the bathroom. Would have rated a 10 if the room had a better layout.
Exercise room was very limited.

Beautifully elegant architecture, the pavilion palace is certainly the most “Instagrammable” place I’ve ever stayed. Complete with Theo swimming pools, lush jungle greenery, and poolside bar & restaurant, Pavilion’s open-air courtyard ambiance is great…until it rains. Rooms are incredibly spacious and elegant with all modern, high-end amenities and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I wish we could have stayed longer (we only stayed for one night) and taken advantage of all of the nice features!
This is not a knock on the hotel itself (as there are few negatives to speak of) but the clientele that Pavillion seems to attract tend to be pretty wealthy, entitled and fairly obnoxious westerners that are somewhat insufferable to be around so just be warned (I really feel for the staff). Also not the hotel’s fault but it poured rain the entire evening we were there, which limited our ability to truly experience Pavillion to the fullest. I was glad we were able to take a morning dip in the pool and have breakfast in the front courtyard before departing.

Little quiet haven in a very busy city. Lovely quiet pools and good breakfast
Our rooms flooded as we had monsoon like weather for 5 hours straight! We were transferred to better rooms and the staff were most helpful assisting us

The building is beautiful, the breakfast included and was great. We also got breakfast box the day we were checking out and that was great as well. There are two swimming pools. The decor is amazing and all styled beautifully. Great stay really.
Room hard to maneuver with big suitcases.

The property is beautiful with it's tropical garden and various swimming pools, and is very serene to experience in the evenings. The staff where very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, with only a short walk to major attractions like the Royal Palace and river front.
Service level at meal times could have been better sometimes. Staff where not always paying as much attention to guests needs as they could have been.

Lovely staff. Great location. A tiny oasis in the city. Fantastic breakfast.
Swarming with mosquitos at the pool area, I was eaten alive.

absolutely beautiful, comfortable & inviting.
A wonderful hidden oasis.
I was disappointed how I was treated by a staff member - when my 1 month old baby niece wanted to come for a visit.
The behaviour was inexcusable - I understand it’s an adult only hotel; however a group of adults celebrating could make much more chaos than a 1 month old visiting for a few hours.

Most amazing, charming boutique hotel set in a tropical garden ! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit and did everything to make me comfortable. Upon arrival I did not choose to take the upgrade of the room, as I wanted to stay in the historical building, then staff offered me a free 60 min massage instead. On my day of departure I had to leave the hotel before breakfast time, so I was given a big bag of “ breakfast to go” including hot coffee ! everyone in the hotel was charming and helpful. The garden and pool/ restaurant area are very clean and beautiful to spend a refreshing afternoon!

The customer service was outstanding, we were greeted at the front desk with a fresh drink and our bags were brought up to our room, staff at this hotel were exceptional and this is a prime location with two pools and breakfast included, luxury, we loved it. Food at the hotel is amazing, and the sunpool was the best bit. The other guests were very chilled and friendly, and the whole place feels like a sanctuary 👌 We WILL be back!
Had to leave ....

Loved the lush pool, an oasis in the heart of Phnomh Penh. Location was great, a stones throw from the Royal Palace and always a tuk tuk ready outside. They also looked after our luggage as we took a road trip to Siem Reap and Koh Rang. Good restaurant and lovely staff. I would highly recommend - full of character 😁

The room was so huge! More than a great value. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The staff were awesome. I appreciated having the two pools. They really pay attention to the small details. Every day fresh flowers were placed in the foyer of our room. Mosquitos were not an issue so that was great. They also placed wine in the mini fridge and it was comparable to the costs outside of the hotel, so that was convenient.
The one thing that wasn't the best was the air con. It just barely met our needs. We didn't alert the staff to it because it kept the room just on the cusp of comfortable. So, we dealt with it for the two days we were there.

A wonderful quiet boutique hotel in the middle of a lush garden with two pools. Our spacious room was right next to the swimming pool in the courtyard. The staff at reception and the pool bar were friendly and attentive. Breakfast has to be ordered from the menu, it was plentiful and tasty. Location was ideal - 10 minutes walk to National Museum and Royal Palace.
