I say it every time, but it’s just perfect.

Excellent Location. The building looked nondescript from the outside but was beautiful and ecologically sustainable on the inside. Rooms were spacious and complete with amenities. Breakfast was also excellent. We stayed at another hotel after returning from Siem Reap and regretted not booking Penh House. Their facilities are better top of the notch.

My TV wasn’t working but I’m sure I could’ve called front desk to sort it out. I just never stayed in my room long enough for it to be an issue.

Clean and spacious room.

Any request was outright denied. Asked for higher floor but answer no. It’s full which was not true. Asked for an hour late checkout, given 15 minimum past 12pm.

Hotel molto bello, in ottima posizione, stanze confortevoli, staff disponibile, colazione ottima e con grande varietà servita all'ultimo piano con vista piscina.

Ruime kamers met balkon aan de voorkant. Ruime douche en wc en het personeel supervriendelijk. Ontbijt is voldoende wel veel snel op. Zwembad mooi en ligt lekker in de zon. Hotelbar is gezellig maar om 22.00 uur gesloten

De ligbedjes bij het zwembad liggen niet echt comfortabel en voor de ouderen onder ons is het in en uitklimmen van het zwembad niet zo handig

Always my go-to hotel in Phnom Penh. So many try and reach the same level/value for money, but none come close.

Great welcome by friendly staff, very comfortable and spacious room at the rear of the hotel away from any road noise - worth a little extra if you are light sleepers. Good breakfast. Nearby restaurants and bars all walking distance. Dinner at the roof top restaurant highly recommended and reasonably priced. Would stay here again.

Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Welcome drink and chocolate were very nice!!! The roof top pool is very good too and with a lovely view on sunset. Breakfast in the morning was good too :)

Erstes Zimmer Delux 1.Etage roch modrig...nach Umzug in 3.Etage..mit Aufpreis...war dann ok... Zimmer mit Stadtblick und in den oberen Etagen gelegen sind schöner und heller

Idéalement placé, personnel aux petits soins, efficace et agréable. petit dej copieux et de qualité : la salle de petit déjeuner se trouve sur le rooftop avec vue sur la piscine. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée avec jolie deco épurée, je recommande !

Very upscale nice hotel. Excellent roof top pool and dining area. Food is very good. Staff is very pleasant. Located very near several major sites. Nice balcony off room.

Water pressure was a bit low.

Fantastic pool for the end of an evening, and open late allowing for a late swim after a day of exploring. Breakfast offered a good choice and nice food. Location perfect for exploring the centre. Hotel booked us a taxi to the airport and prepared a breakfast for us on final day when we left early. Overall a fantastic 3 nights of luxury for us!

Whilst we never has a problem getting one, there weren't many sunloungers for the size of the hotel. Could be an issue if very busy..

Alles, die schönen Zimmer, die zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Königpalasts. Ein Highlight ist definitiv der Infinitypool und das rooftop restaurant wo auch das Frühstück eingenommen wird. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Nicht zuletzt sollte man das überfreundliche Personal nicht unerwähnt lassen

Fijne kamer en een goede locatie. Het hotel is stijlvol ingericht. Op het dak een mooi zwembad. Een uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Prijs/kwaliteit is prima.

Camera molto comoda e i servizi all'interno dell'hotel: la spa, il ristorante sul tetto e la piscina panoramica. Se sei stanco dopo aver girato hai la possibilità di recuperare le energie facilmente. Colazione buonissima con chef per preparare noodles e omelette.

Nous venons chaque année passer plusieurs jours au Penh House. L’emplacement est très pratique , la propreté des chambres

Notre chambre au 1 er étage était sombre et sans vue. La qualité de la cuisine a fortement baissé et la propreté de la salle de restaurant laisse à désirer, sol pas nettoyé de la veille au petit déjeuner. Le personnel parle mal anglais, peu sympathique et commercial. Dommage nous venions chaque année au Penh House, je pense que c était la dernière fois

Lots of traditional touches in the building design yet the modern facilities you need: adequate charging points etc. Very calm atmosphere with great service. Great choices for breakfasts, liked the one meal I had at the restaurant and the wine selection was good for me! Nice informal coffee space downstairs - with good coffee! Had a dip in the pool - big enough for a few laps. Didn’t try the gym! Would recommend

Very helpful reception staff. Nice public areas, super location. Great swimming pool on the roof. Comfortable bed.

No pick up available from bus station - even after sunset. This was beyond disappointing, it’s simply a puzzle. Junior suite isn’t really a suite, there no dining table for example, but it just a very big, sparsely furnished room. Water pressure on third floor (room 312) isn’t strong enough to fill the bath! Was also concerned at how poorly lit the stairs are.

Staff seemed a bit disoriented. There were so many waiters at breakfast, but it was difficult to get their attention and it took them a long time to refill the buffet. The restaurant’s food could be improved - the pizza was a joke.

Spent a 1 night for staycation with my girlfriend. Love the room and the facilities they have. To mention the swimming pool on the rooftop is a relaxing with an open space. The staffs was very helpful and friendly. We’re relaxing all day with Netflix and Chill on their TV with needed to logging in to our account.

The hotel is in a handy location near the Royal Palace. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The gym was small but had enough equipment for a decent workout. The staff were friendly and efficient and organised a car to the killing fields for us. The best features of the hotel are the rooftop pool and bar. The pool was wonderful after a day’s exploring, and the bar - which was also the location for the buffet breakfast - was a great place for a nightcap. We also used the laundry service which was reasonably priced and returned the clothes to our room the same day.
