Great breakfast - lots of choice, hot and cold options.

Being told by a snooty receptionist that parking wasn't included with my booking even when shown confirmation from booking.com, then took a photo on her phone so she could investigate the mistake with booking.com. She eventually came back, forced a smile, and told me I didn't need to pay. Cold swimming pool unlike our last visit.

Good location for what I needed

Tried on many occasions to contact the reception team prior to arrival phone just rang and rang ultimately just getting cut off reception team were ok but blamed it on low staffing no time to answer phones I also text them and emailed them no answer shocking service really from a professional hotel chain. That said I was upgraded after complaint so the did try to appease me. The really bad stuff was the stink in the elevators and restaurant and car park basement was sickening awful smell can’t be described yuk

Luxurious hotel, comfortable and glamorous room, really nice leisure facilities (pool and sauna). Overall wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Only negative is that hotel ask for a £50 deposit upon check-in to cover any costs which arise- common practice in nicer hotels but prefer this to be made clear beforehand so we could have budgeted for this.

Nice room, comfy beds. Really enjoyed the big bath and the clothes line over the bath was really handy as we got drenched on the way there.

It needs to be advertised that there are adults only times for the pool. We only booked that particular hotel for the pool for our kids but arrived to find it was too late for children to be allowed in. I'd have stayed somewhere cheaper otherwise. Would have liked a recycling bin in the room, proper spoons and more pillows.

AC did not work. No one seemed able to fix it.

I liked the breakfast but personnel told me I could choose for 20 or 25 eur and I took 20 and in the invoice later they wrote 25 eur and the lady was wondering about the choice given??? She then sugested a refund of 5 eur.

Parking of 29 eur and breakfast NOT included in the rate of more than 300 eur!! Finally I had to pay 358 eur for 1 night! Not recommendable at all!! For a single night, that is really too expensive. Plus I was told twice that they will include parking and suggested twice I should ask at check out and the then the lady st check out said, nope, there is nothing I can do, Brussels is expensive…

What a varied selection at breakfast! The location is very convenient for meetings at the European Parliament buildings.

The staffs are quite nice, especially Mr Jallal, who came and asked if I needed any assistance with my language.

The manager was quite strict about check in before 3 and late check out.

Excellent breakfast. Plentiful snacks and drinks in the lounge in the evening. Spacious room with lots of room for my toddler to explore.

The bed was really comfortable and the staff in the breakfast and restaurant/bar was very friendly. Rooms are specious and comfortable. Nice big gym and swimming pool

The check in and check out process took totally more than one hour the system what is being use is not really practical. Also the reception staff was not really friendly and welcoming very businesses orientated. The prices of the gin in the bar was insanely High 28 euro for Gin Tonic is really absurd to ask . The water in the bathroom was taking very long to get warm in both of the rooms we booked. Also toilet brush was missing in the rooms.

scaffolding and blue sheets covering the windows, may have chose differently had I known. first night pool sauna closed early luckily had gone early enough. on the last night went at 7pm as pool expected open until 10pm found it closed saw staff member they shook their head to say no closed, disappointed. had there been a notice could have planned last night differently. sign said pool towels in room I didn’t have any the whole time no dressing gown either. meant to ask at reception but kept dashing out forgetting wonder if maybe have to pay extra for them?
