The rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and ready to provide assistance.

The WIFI could have been better. The set menu options could have also been better.

Nothing. Felt unsafe. Did not get a room key.....machine was offline...

Everything. Hotel needs a serious upgrade. We received a ice bucket that was old, scratched and dirty. The kettle in the unit was unsafe. We ordered room service and ordered a "Seafood Basket" for R250.00. We were expecting a basket with a generous portion of food....but received a plate with a small portion of food on. Pathetic! The "Hotel Parking"is open and unsafe...a distance from the hotel. Really not what we expected from an ANEW Hotel.

Lovely hotel, but Braamfontein is not an area I would visit again. I did not feel safe and did not leave the hotel other than in a taxi. It is extremely dirty and very run down. I would recommend doing a little more research before booking a hotel in Johannesburg.

Room only was booked

Parking was too far and the security at the parking lot did not inform me that I could use stairs cases inside parking building.Almost got exposed to mugging.

They were able to receive our last minute booking which was awesome. I appreciated the staff friendliness.

I don't have anything to complain about.

Positive pepole, grate communication and grate location, amazing views on Jozi I'm highly recommending.
