Easy booking process. Polite helpful reception. Clean, tidy, everything worked in the room. Nice and warm.

Convenient for Sovereign Hill.
Pool surround was so dirty I would not use it. Road name sign is on the roof so difficult to identify motel when driving on the road to find. Pretty average.

the gentleman at reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He also allowed us in earlier than the check in time,. the set up in the disabled bathroom was very good. room size very good.
the motel is tired but clean. the bolt lock on the door was broken

Convenient location. Both times I’ve stayed I’ve had a room at the back, so very quiet. Reception staff accommodated my request for very late check in.

They put me in an upgrade which was excellent and on the ground floor the bed was very comfortable and would not have problems staying again.
Staff very nice and helpful the location great and close to places for meals.

I thought I heard possums moving around in the roof or walls, but on my last night there, I heard squeaking!
