Needs maintenance

Easy check in process, passcode door locks, nice location and very spacious.

The beds were quite hard and there was constant light coming through the curtains all night from a carpark next door.

There looked to be mold in the shower which was kind of gross - I wasn’t too pleased about that

The indoor pool was closed.That was the main reason for booking. When we arrived we were very keen to watch the live tennis match! TheTV DIDNT WORK. TOOK some time for TV to be fixed. Wanted to have a drink with ice. No ice cubes in the freezer. Staff brought up a glass of ice. Requested a reduction in price as the pool was closed, but was refused! Never going back and wouldn't recommend any one to stay. Shower pressure was terrible.

Everything. Room was very dark not much light, shower door wouldn’t close water went all over the bathroom. Our room keys STOPPED WORKING and we couldn’t get in, and reception didn’t answer there phones till 3am. This happened for 2 rooms

Katastrophales Verhalten der Rezeption , hatten Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, der Balkon ist nach der Festlegung des zutiefst unfreundlichen Mitarbeiters an der Rezeption ein sogenannter „Shared balkony“ , d.h. der Zugang für alle Zimmer im Obergeschoss wird als Balkon gewertet. Daraufhin haben wir ein abgewirtschaftetes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit total verdreckter Terrasse erhalten (Mobilar angeschlagen, Ungeziefer , schief hängender Spülkasten , verdreckter Toilettensitz). Ein zerknüllter Zettel mit Preisen der „Minibar“ lag auf dem Tisch, beim Auschecken wurden wir peinlichst gefragt , ob wir auch nichts genommen hätten! Der Indoorpool hatte komplett geschlossen (den Spinnweben nach zu urteilen schon sehr lange). Frühstücksmöglichkeit Fehlanzeige. Vielleicht gerade so ein 2 Sterne Hotel, wenn man den halben Preis verlangt! Kein Vergleich mit den vielen australischen Hotels und Motels, die in 4 Wochen aufgesucht haben!

My wife likes that there is a hair dryer in the bathroom.

There is no kettle to make coffee and there are no complimentary coffee or tea bags in the room. I suspect there are bed bugs as I had a swelling and itchiness at the back of my neck. There indoor heated pool should be open at all times and not having the staff to unlock and lock the pool area. Especially as we want to use the pool after dinner. We didn't get to try the heated pool. The car park lots were too narrow for large SUVs and 4WDs.
