The location, staff, food, everything!

Every room has its own private pool with a great view! Food was good as well!

There is not much to dislike! One thing though is that because it’s one a steep cliff, you have to take their buggy almost everywhere, not very accessible by foot

the location and the sounds at night, nothing is opened after 11 pm even not even drinks or food service can be sent. location nothing is next to you and even the taxis are so expensive.

Absolutely extremely overpriced in all areas. Accommodation & especially hotel food & beverages.

The villas are really beautiful and the pool with the ocean view is mesmerizing!!!! The restaurants in the place are delicious, the staff is helpful and nice, immediately answers any phone or WhatsApp, the buggy would have arrived really quickly

Because the hotel is remote and you don't really get out of it, the prices are very expensive compared to Thailand, and the breakfast was a bit disappointing to sample: there were a lot of flies around the fruits, and the yogurts would be found in the morning, so those who arrived towards the end of breakfast would not enjoy them even though there was a very wide variety

a little far from centre

Very nice hotel with an incredible villa and view. The number of villas is relatively limited so not too many people so our stay was very "private" even at the swimming pool or restaurant. The service was also very good, with reactive employees. No wait for any requests, buggy transferts etc. The breakfast was amazing, with tons of homemade products etc ... We had a very pleasant stay.

The beach was a bit small and the water from the swimming pool was a bit cold (maybe because of the weather)

Everything was great, the staf was super kind and always smiling, the room was very big and luxurious with a very beautiful view, it was really enjoyable, we will definitely come back, the food and drinks were excellent in all the restaurants. Every thing is high quailty

Private villa was amazing.

The villas are absolutley sublime with uncomparable views of the islands. The private pools, amenities are all exceptional. The buffet and staff at Zest are amazing, the staff there were the highlight of the trip and the dinner menu was delicious. Best thai food we had eaten.

Old TVS are in the villas and bathroom where you cant stream your phone apps like netlfix to view. There is also no sound system within the villa, so you can't listen to music which was quite annoying if you were having a drink in the private pool. Multiple powerpoints in the villa were broken also. We booked a day tour and provided a lot of incorrect information regarding the pick up times, and details which caused a lot of stress, however the duty manager was quite apologetic and did his best to resolve it without actually doing much. The checkin process was good, but very busy, however it was concerning to see one of the staff over stressed and berating and speaking very rudely to her team while our passports were being snatched and copied. Wasn't overly impressed hearing the employees being treated quite poorly, as they all worked incredibly hard to provide great service. Is it worth the daily rate? I am not convinved, but I did love staying there.
