The location was good near the city center

the tatami has many ants I killed almost 4 the room was small for 3 futon we are not satisfied of the service and the facility the price is not worth the price we paid

The corridors are really cold, they could use better heating and insulation Also the website didn't clearly specify the terms of usage of the EV charger. One employee told me it s 1000y/hour (which is crazy expensive for an L2 charger) and the other told me it s 1000y per time (which is either too cheap if your battery is at 0% or too expensive if you just want to top up). I understand it cannot be free as electricity is not free but the current system is very inconvenient for the user and potentially ruinous for the ryokan if people can charge 100kWh for 1000y (which would cost at least 2000y of electricity to the ryokan) In the end I didn't use the EV charger overnight as there was no one at the reception. when I wanted to pay. I d rather have a 3rd party 24h automated card payment system like EMP/ Nissan Zesp where you pay for your usage and the Ryokan doesn't have to pay for electricity.

Place has everything for a short relaxation trip, such as nice tatami rooms and a small bath. The dinner was delicious. There is a conbini nearby.

The service during dinner was a little bit overwhelmed even there were not many people. On the saturday evening there was a party going what caused some noise, but it stopped somewhen between 10 and 11pm. The location is a little bit off, but otherwise it would be more expensive.

The location is within walking distance of the Haruine Terrace.

The place is run down and shabby. There were bugs in the entry way that looks suspiciously like small cockroaches. There's pink mold in the bathroom We had to put out our own futons and the sliding doors were noisy and would get stuck. There's no "hot tub" in the room as the room details specify. The breakfast is neither delivered nor are you able to eat it in the "restaurant" (which was closed while we were there). This is not a ryokan as it claims to be. The staff isn't very knowledgeable about the area.

Staff was very helpful and not intrusive. Breakfast bento was huge and delicious! Bathing facility 24 access and very good. Not too far from the station or Hoshino onsen.

Great location with convenience store close walking distance. Refrigerator in room. Parking was plentiful. Appreciated the toilet/bath in the room. Staff was helpful and efficient.

Older facility so walls and floors/ceilings are thin. Could hear upstairs neighbors walking very loudly.

Staff is very friendly, location is convenient (1km from NakaKaruizawa station, nice restaurants 5 mins walk, close to main road, free parking. Onsen is small but nice and clean.

There’s air conditioning machine in the rooms but it’s so noisy that I ended up not using it. Fortunately it was not too hot on the say I stayed otherwise it would have been a nightmare! Breakfast was not very good which was a disappointment.
