Muito bem localizado, quarto amplo, confortável e bem sossegado apesar de estar às margens da BR-010. As dependências novas e bem decoradas são seu ponto forte além das várias comodidades oferecidas no local.

Do chuveiro que é péssimo, um mais simples com a qualidade da água ficaria perfeito. E o café nos dois dias estava desorganizado, poucas opções frescas (pão duro, bolo duro e sem identificação), jarras de suco que o suco não sai, faltava talheres e pegadores, e o café já havia iniciado a mais de uma hora.

Very comfortable larger hotel with big quiet rooms in back, excellent long serving breakfast (5-10AM) and nice but small pool. Friendly staff and good services. Hotel is convenietly next to a shopping mall with many different shops and excellent food court with several restaurants.

There could be a bit more attention to maintenance details. My toilet seat was loose. Although AC worked well and was quiet, the windows did not shut completely and I had to stuff the 1 cm window gap with socks to block the opening. There is a swamp behind which certainly must have mosquitos like everwhere else in this area so proper closure of hotel windows is important. Overall nice hotel.

Dirty carpet on hallways, AC was not working, bed are not comfortable and, mold in the shower. This place really need some maintenance to have guests. Parking lot is shared with some other places, and you can't park on the st. It is a mess when comes to parking space in this place.

The staff was great. Very polite and thoughtful.

The hotel is in a noisy neighborhood, specially because of the highway in front. Some guests have the custom of bringing boom boxes to the pool to listen to loud music.
