Great common area and garden.

Dishwasher didn’t work properly during our stay, and there was only air conditioner in one of three bedrooms.

The Villa (villa 53) was very nice and it could have been a nice relaxing holiday without noisy neighbours. A nice restaurant Grill Tauro quite close. A car is required to get around, beach Amadores recommended. Beds were comfortable and kitchen equipment satisfactory. Pool cleaning and house cleaning very good!

The neighbours were very loud and ruined our vacation. We could not sit outside or spend time in our garden, could not sleep for 3 nights. It was like living next to a disco from early afternoon to next morning. I do not recommend this place for families, it seems to be a place where local young people come to have big parties. Also some cockroaches in the bathroom (but this is normal?). We had problems with the air-co downstairs.

Calm location, good swimming pool, nice garden, parking space for a car.

Could be less chemicals used for cleaning. Cheap beds mattresses felt not very comfy. Neighbors sometimes noisy partying at night. Hinges of the doors in the bedrooms are noisy. Some equipment like washing machine did not function as you expect.

Quite , spaceous garden and lot of parkingspace 2 min to supermarket and 5 to Amadores Beach. 8 min to new shopping mall

Male sure you pick up the key first (else 25 Min drive) No wifi, small cold pool (december) Kitchen and other things bit dated Small living room

easy to find, on arrival looks very nice maid and pool service 3 times per week very good , clean linen good size rooms, bathrooms clean, beds comfortable ample outside furniture for pool and outdoor eating, BBQ good

no kettle, cutlery and crockery very basic with only enough for one course, no sharp knives for cutting bread and meat products Villa a long way from anywhere and unable to walk to other towns, due to having main roads to cross, a car is definitely necessary
