Fantastic location and view. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Water bottles, coffee, tea provided in good amounts in the room. Friendly staff.

Expensive but I guess that's the new pricing in Riyadh.

the property to me has no issues this is the fourth time i RAISE this issue with BOOKING and with the property we have been double charged for our rooms one time by booking another time at the property and both payments passed and nothing re imbursed i had submitted all respective documents twice can booking support team contact me on 009613747526 its been more than a week now with no results

I had to change my date to check out one day earlier due to an emergency and still have not got my refund. Booking has agreed and contacted the property but still looking for excuses.

Reliable and excellent location. Not too expensive.

Swimming pool is a bit odd. No sun, an afterthoight when constructed.
