Value for money , big room for big family: including washing (no dryer).
Walking distance to most of the tourist places (10-15mints)
The room is no smoking ban, so u may have a chance to get a strong smoke room.

I have stayed at this property before 4 years ago as it was good I decided to stay there again as the location was great. It suited us as we were 3 people which and rooms suitable for all .The location right next to the Mall was great as one day it was pouring rain so we went there for dinner without getting wet 👍😀
The kitchen sink tap was not working properly. The cleaning staff came every day but was not consistent and we had ring to check if they would be coming.

Strong smell of cigarat in the room. Staffs barely communicated English.

Good location, close to everything e.g. metro, shopping centre, restaurants also Beijing road etc. Busy around but quiet in room at night. Helpful staffs.
Not very clean bathroom, broken microwave, not working air conditioning remote control. Very hard to adjust the shower temperature. Not easy to find the font desk.

Location and size
There were too many Cockroachs inside the apartment! Hair dryer was broken.

The room was very spacious, clean, so quiet, the bathroom was huge. The location was perfect, the subway was just under the building. There were many malls nearby.
There weren't enough kitchen equipments, also after cleaning the room and seeing there is no toilet paper, they didn't bring it. The rest was really good.

The splash boards in the kitchen were very greasy. And the bench that the TV sat on was sticky. I think a little more thorough cleaning needs to be done.

excellent value for money
only complaint was you could wait 10 mins for elevator. NOT the fault of Pengman but building has offices and mall next door

Just the amenities of the room, washing machine, fridge, microwave, stovetop , the bathroom also is amazing, Boby reception employee was so helpful, the transfer to and from Canton fair is perfect.
It's hardly to find the location, about one hour with heavy luggage we search for the hotel, the reception never refer to a 4 stars hotel, not deserve more than 2 or 3 stars property.
