Very good breakfast. Lots of choices and a good cup of coffee.

I was totally satisfied with SPA staff and their professionalism.

Balcony wasn’t as clean as I would expect it to be (glass shields are super dusty, I couldn’t see through).

Mostly the staff, very welcoming. The location and the facilities are just on point.

Close to outlets and excellent restaurants. Hotel facilities very good and rooms modern and clean.

Breakfast could have been better. Very limited English options but good bread!

The hotel was super clean. The view of the golf courses was awesome to wake up to. Friendly, smiley staff! It's very new and modern but doesn't compromise on comfort. The bed was super comfy. I'm coming back to Haikou in a couple of months so will stay here.
