The lakeside location was nice.

Have been on several road trips in the past few months and stayed at numerous hotels/motels. Nothing sticks out in my mind so I'm assuming there was nothing I didn't like.

Spacious living area. Nice view from the cafe.

There were no curtains or blinds in the bedroom. No privacy and could not sleep because we could not block out the street lights and as soon as the sun was up the room was light. After a long flight we were exhausted and looking forward to a good night's rest prior to continuing our trip but left feeling aweful and tired. When we brought it up with the condescending man at reception we were not offered an apology or solution. I do not recommend this place if you need to rest or sleep.

Large, spacious, clean room

Loved being on the lake. Morning walks were awesome. The bar/cafe location primo. Easy walk to the Mall.

Closing the bar at 8 is unfortunate. Some staff quite abrasive.

I was happy with parking as I find it hard to walk far

Bed was very comfortable- room was clean

Room did not get serviced even with please make up our room sign - was told when questioned it that rooms are not serviced daily however it is advertised that they are. Gentleman on reception was extremely rude and dismissive

Room could have done with a little side table to place drinks on whilst sitting in club chairs.

Everything, we had come from another property as it was extremely dirty and it was a pleasure to visit here.

Wished I’d booked there in the first place.

The room was very nice, big spa bath in bathroom, view of the lake was great, got my deposit back a couple of hours after departure

Lift to basement not working. Bird droppings on many outdoor chairs in Boardwalk Cafe during breakfast hours. Would like a microwave in room at this price.

Hotel well located to residential and shopping precinct. Boardwalk cafe and hotel overlook north Lakes. Hotel room clean with comfortable bed and clean ensuite. Also handy organising reserved parking prior to check in.

Staff member at check in was rude seemed to not want to be there have never been spoken to like that at a check in at accommodation ever ! Won’t be staying there again due to this Not worth the money
